My bill is way too expensive for starters. They won't move my bill to the middle of the month so I can afford it. I live check to check and they slam me with my bill the same time I have to give a whole check to rent. I have x finity mobile as well. One of their phones broke so I BOUGHT a new one and they won't take the old phones taxes off because they "don't know how" the service is not worth what I'm paying and going thru every month.
GetHuman-irishreb did not yet indicate what Comcast should do to make this right.
