i am tired of paying channels we don't use. local channels as a base and the rest to be a subscription as a a-la-carte. The bundel is the cheepest way for me. Even the phone is pricey. i only need a fax but you make us take the phone package. It is called take advantage. There are people whom only need a few channels to content.
GetHuman-tuckerru did not yet indicate what Comcast should do to make this right.
