Our cable service is not working. I have reset (unplugged, waited ** seconds and plugged back in) * digital boxes and * little converter box. They try to reset but eventually display an error.*I searched your website for the 'Contact Us' link, but could not find one. I called customer support at several different numbers and receive a message 'Sorry, we are experiencing technical difficulties'. I tried to chat online, but also received error.
GetHuman-zieglerb did not yet indicate what Comcast should do to make this right.
