I had a Comcast representative reach out to me about a month and a half ago to offer to lower my bill since my promotion was expiring. This was during business hours, but I stepped out of a meeting to take the call. After her pitch, I said, "fine lower my bill", and was informed that I had to go to my personal email and immediately agree, while she was on the phone. When I informed her that I was at an off-site meeting and could not, she set up a time on Saturday (**:**) to talk to me. I change travel plans to make time for the call, but nobody ever called.**A couple of weeks later, Comcast called for a customer service survey and I relayed the above interaction. Your representative seemed very understanding and indicated that Comcast took customer service very seriously and I would be contacted by a supervisor to help resolve this.**Again, no call back. Today, I was again contacted by a Comcast representative about lowering my bill, again I went over the above information, again they appeared concerned about my situation, but again, they could not help me (unless apparently, I was willing to take time off work).**While I appreciate your concern for existing (as opposed to only new customers), your system appears designed to only assist customers who don't have regular jobs.**Do I have to stop working to get good deals from Comcast, or should I look for another provider?
