The issue in GetHuman-oaorobin's own words
This is to complain about unauthorized deductions from bank account for a service I never requested, approved or signed up for. I signed up for internet service about a year ago, and over that period had upgraded my service from the minimum to one that cost **.** monthly. In every conversation with your service Reps I asked for and received assurances that my bill would not exceed the amount I paid on April **, ****. **However on checking my bank statement, I observed that the sum of **.** was deducted from my bank account on **** & **.** on **** for Comcast TV. I never signed up for or requested any cable TV service from Comcast. **I saw two text messages on my phone on ***** thanking me for choosing Xfinity TV. Again, I already have a Cable TV provider, and it would be insane for me, a retiree, a senior, on a limited income, to engage in such extravaganza.**I called your service rep, **T who gave me the name "Ryan", although I suspect that is not his given name, at ***-***-**** and demanded that my service be restored to what I signed up for and was evident as of **** deduction. If you have service Reps engaging in the practice of assigning service to customers and charging them for it, taking money out of their bank accounts without their authorization, then you need to correct that. Mine cannot be the only instant of this nature, and you will loose long term customers like me if this is not quickly resolved and discontinued.
