I discovered a bee hive in the comcast cable box that's in my backyard. I called Comcast right away but the Rep told me to hire someone to remove it first and request a bill credit after it's done. However, when I had it removed and called Comcast back, they don't know how to get the bill credit approved and reimburse me the cost of removing the bee hive. The current open ticket number is *********.
