There is a matter that I had a promise to pay on the *th, my notes said it was the *th. My service has been put on a soft disconnection. I am at the ** day mark exactly. I purposely asked for the *th, because it is my payday. My wife uses wi-fi for daily work and we cannot go with out until Friday. It would sink us. We have been customers for ** years and would like our service turned back on until we make a payment on the *th if our past due. We may have to look at other options because our income can’t take a hit if not having wi-fi for the rest of the week
