I’ve called three or four times to get the X-finite cable removed by Comcast Technicians. Each time I talk to an inept costumer service technician that is obviously offs**** and can’t connect me with the correct service department. Can someone with a clue about customer service please contact me and tell me how to contact a local Vancouver WA number to talk with a technician. Thank you.
I trust that Comcast will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
