I called a few days ago to cancel our second line ***-***-**** and was told this was taken care of. That line is still working and in fact whenever the first line rings ***-***-****, the second line rings at the same time. Why is my second line still working? The order number is ****************.
I trust that Comcast will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
