I have an appointment for insulation and I need to cancel it, not reschedule not move it but cancel it. Your automated system is literally the worst thing possible and truly just makes an angry customer even more ticked off. And due to the inability to talk to an actual human being I want to cancel my apppintment all together. I realize that if there was ever an issue with my service I’d never be able to talk to a real person anyway.
