Help with my Comcast issue

Was billed for services for august and september of last year when my services never worked correctly until october *th of last year. Have been promissed credi for that over the phone and have never been given that credit also have been promissed credit for the inconvenience to me of comcast automated system turning my sevices off before scheduled payment arrangments were do to be paid that i have never been given. Now again for the *rd month in a row this year i have been turned off again on a weekend because a phone rep lied to me and did not put in my payment arrangments for this month and never gave me the credits they promised me either. So i have to go all holiday week end with no services at all again even though they were not working fully as i was told they would be and havent since day *. I am tired of all the lies from your company phone reps. I want all theese issues resolved immediately and i want to be compensated accordingly. I also want my sevices to work like they are suppossed to or your company can have its equiptment back as soon as the local office opens after the holiday and your company can wipe out all owed amounts on my account including any and all early cancellation fees.
GetHuman720944 did not yet indicate what Comcast should do to make this right.
