Attention Brain Roberts:*I am writing you because your staff have not been able to correct the problem for * months. I made the first service call on March **, **** because of not internet service coming into the home. I was promised on * different times the issue would be resolved within ** hours and * months later I am still without internet service. The last tech. stated there was a negative ** reading at the outside box. I have been a custom for ** years and never experience this kind of service. My question to you can you be of any assistance with this issue or must I continue to be without internet service until someone decides to correct the issue.
