I’ve called three times to Comcast stating that i could not pay my bill around the *th which it is due, due to having other bills like rent and etc i had to take care of. I thought i was doing right by letting know in advance but obviously not! I talked to more than * people none of which seemed to help they kept telling me i had to pay my past due amount. I understand that but if I’m telling you that i could not pay until around the **th which is when i would get my next check and be able to pay the full amount, why is it that my services was disconnected. I spoke with a supervisor not sure the name she stated she would give me to the **th but i would have to pay it all i stated that was fine and she still did not r connect my services. I’m livid because i feel that i told them my situation and none seemed to care at all. Please get back with me on this issue ASAP.
