Despite multiple efforts to fix (including unplugging both Comcast boxes and having Comcast send a reset signal last night), our Comcast Box appears to be “frozen”...ie, our controller can turn the TV on and off* it can also adjust the volume and mute. However, nothing happens when you hit any other button and the screen is frozen on one channel with a frozen image....oddly, we do get audio for the frozen channel (NESN)...please help!
