Work through online training sessions. ... NOTE: My problem has nothing to do with Xfinity Home Security Systems. It concerns internet service speeds.**I'm getting internet download speeds of between *.* and * Mbps—so slow that I lost video throughout a virtual reunion on Friday and I can't interact with training sessions at my university. My upload speeds have been about * Mbps. This is totally unacceptable. I should be getting speeds of ***-*** Mbps.
Improve my internet speed to the range I'm paying for.
