I have been struggling to reach ReliaCard customer service for the past two days as my account got locked due to server communication errors. I have waited on hold for over three hours multiple times today and two hours a few times, currently on hold again. No one answers the phone, and it seems like they hang up as I hear the music continue. I have followed the instructions to call the [redacted] number for assistance through the card, website, and app but haven't had any luck. I understand they may be dealing with a high volume of calls, but there must be a better way to resolve this. My deposit has not shown up after more than 72 hours, and I'm unable to access the funds with my locked card. I'm considering switching to direct deposit but worry about messing up if a deposit is pending. I'm feeling frustrated and risk missing my cell phone bill payment soon. My contact information is [redacted] or email at [redacted] Thank you, Susan F.

I worked from 08/[redacted] to 12/[redacted]. In 10/[redacted], my health issues affected my job performance. I requested unpaid leave but only received a week. I wasn't eligible for further leave or FMLA protection due to not being employed for a year. Eventually, I felt pushed to resign. Upon reviewing my benefits letter, I discovered I was eligible for short and long-term disability benefits during my employment. My employer and HR didn't offer these even though I discussed my health issues. I'm unsure if this is a legal matter or a Labor Board concern. I wonder if I still qualify for these benefits since I revealed my health issues before resigning involuntarily.

Dear Department of Labor, I have been attempting to apply for unemployment benefits. However, I encountered a message stating that if I have not earned money in Colorado since [redacted], I need to apply in another state where I did earn income. I am an international worker who worked as a School Teacher in Central America during [redacted] and [redacted]. When the Covid-19 pandemic hit, the school closed indefinitely due to the virus. Now, I am unsure how to proceed with applying for unemployment benefits as an American International Worker. I believe I should have the same rights as any other American worker and not face discrimination for working overseas, a common practice in our global economy. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Roger S. Blackburn Colorado Resident

I have not yet received my first or second regular payment from UI. It has been over a month now. Although the status says approved, I have not received any payments and continue to request them. Initially, there was an issue with my banking information, so they advised me to switch the payment method back to the issued card and start an appeal. However, after the switch, the appeal disappeared. Despite being job attached, I received no reminders and have thoroughly checked my emails and home mailbox without success. The reason provided for not receiving payment is "Total Payment." I am struggling to get assistance as I cannot reach a real person or even get a callback. I am facing eviction and am unable to pay any bills or find new housing. My unresolved traffic ticket is escalating to a warrant due to non-payment, compounding my troubles. I urgently need someone from the department to contact me to resolve this frustrating situation, as I feel I have exhausted all my options.

Hello, my name is Evan Nowers. I had a claim open in Colorado from July [redacted] to July [redacted]. Despite initially opening the claim, I quickly found work and did not utilize the benefits. In [redacted], I was employed by Whelling Construction in Colorado and then Wyoming from June to December [redacted]. Following my layoff, I refrained from claiming unemployment for a while as I searched for new employment. Upon deciding to file in Wyoming, I was directed back to Colorado due to my wage history. Despite never using the claim, it closed before I could reactivate it. I then had difficulty filing in Wyoming due to the open Colorado claim. Amidst this confusion between states, I missed out on benefits and Cares Act funding from May 1 to July 4, [redacted], adding strain during the ongoing pandemic. Currently facing housing instability, any guidance or well wishes would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your support. Evan Nowers.

After waiting nearly 5 weeks for my first unemployment check, I received 5 payments before finding myself locked out of my account in mid-August. Customer service explained that I had applied for both PUA and regular unemployment, but only received payment from PUA. They assured me my account would be unlocked, but as of mid-November, it remains locked. Despite assurances of a quick resolution, I continue to struggle financially. I am eligible for assistance but have been without income for almost 6 months. I've even battled Coronavirus myself. If my account isn't resolved within 14 days, I fear being homeless in Denver, CO. I implore for assistance to navigate this frustrating situation and access the benefits I am entitled to.

Hello. Unfortunately, I accidentally lost the explanation I was submitting. I need assistance retrieving it. In summary, I was approved for PUA. After a long wait, I received a few payments on my debit card before my account got locked. Customer service assured me the issue was resolved, but after two weeks, my account was still locked. During a follow-up call, the same agent confirmed my eligibility but mentioned delays due to the high volume of claims being filed. This occurred in September, and I have been without any assistance since July. My situation is critical, and I am at risk of being homeless without financial aid. Having recovered from COVID, I am not yet able to seek employment. Please assist me.

I am experiencing issues with my account. Initially, I applied for pandemic assistance and was approved. However, my account got restricted due to a change of address, resulting in denied access to the funds when activating my new card. After submitting the required paperwork and contacting customer support, they advised me to reach out to you. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.

Hello, my name is Errol Royce Barrett. I recently filed for unemployment benefits. After calling in to process my payment request for two weeks, I realized that I only received payment for one week, totaling $[redacted].00 instead of the full amount. I kindly request that this issue be resolved promptly and the remaining payment for the second week be deposited into my account. Please notify me via email at [redacted] or phone at [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance.

I submitted my payment request on time, received a confirmation number, but the funds did not show up in my bank account this morning as expected. I am unsure why. My benefits were exhausted, then the state granted me SEB. When I checked my claim status, it confirmed the next payment request, but it still shows a status of "exhausted." Rent is due, and I am concerned. I have always been informed that once you submit a request with a confirmation number, everything is in order. I did receive my first SEB payment. Can someone please assist me with this issue? Thank you.

I am having trouble submitting my first weekly certification due to an error on the employment page. When I initially opened my claim, I mistakenly entered my net pay as wages instead of my gross pay. I now have my annual payment schedule and need to correct this by providing my annual gross wages. Despite attempting to contact support and schedule a call back, I have been unable to do so as there are no available slots. I have been on hold for 2 1/2 hours today. Can someone please assist me in rectifying this error? My contact number is [redacted], and the 3-digit number I provided is [redacted]. Thank you for your help, Jan L.

A few months back, I unexpectedly received a US Bank reliacard at my home address. After investigating, I realized it was related to an unemployment claim made in Colorado, a state I have no affiliation with. I have been a resident and employee in St. Louis, Missouri for the past 30 years, working continuously for the same company for 13 years without any layoffs. Upon discovering this fraud, I promptly reported it to the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment, filing a fraud complaint under Claim #[redacted]2 and with the local police under Jefferson County Police claim #H[redacted]. Recently, I received a [redacted]-G tax form for $1,[redacted].00 in my name, including the last four digits of my social security number and my Missouri address. I attempted to file a fraud claim on the ColorodUI.gov website but faced difficulties accessing the necessary form. Phone calls to CDLE at [redacted] have been unfruitful, leaving me frustrated. This situation has caused significant stress, and I need urgent resolution. Please contact me at my cell phone [redacted] or email [redacted] Verification of my employment in St. Louis can be provided by contacting our Human Resources Department at [redacted]. Thank you.

I'm having trouble accessing my Pandemic Unemployment Benefits account online. I needed to reopen my PUA account to claim my benefits, but after following the instructions, I received an email from CDLE asking about potential fraudulent use of my account. I tried to explain, but now my account is closed pending verification. I am self-employed, so I don't have traditional pay stubs to submit. I am facing financial difficulties and urgently need assistance.

I filed a claim on 12/11/[redacted]. Initially, I could access my account, but after the new system Myui+ was activated, I did not receive the email with the temporary code to access my account. Reaching out to the help and issues lines led to frustrating delays and being hung up on twice. After finally speaking to a person, instead of helping, there was an argument about resolving the problem. I discovered on the website that the access code was sent to an old email address, not the current one on file for my new claim. I believe I need to file a new claim as I may have reached my (BYE) date due to not receiving the last 2 payments from my current claim. Accessing my account to get the code to file a new claim is crucial, but the code is being sent to the wrong email address. The correct email is [redacted]

My account is 8 weeks behind even though it usually takes 2 to 6 weeks for benefits to be processed. I keep seeing "pending" status, and when I inquire about it, I receive conflicting information. I have confirmed my identity, but the benefits are still not processed. Despite repeated contact over 7 weeks, the issue persists. I have yet to receive any official communication regarding the delay except for an appeal letter. The confusion surrounding reporting earnings and the unexpected appeal process further complicates matters. I have bills piling up with no access to stimulus programs for assistance. It feels as though my case is not being prioritized for fund release.

I am currently experiencing issues with my PUA unemployment benefits. After missing a few weeks due to being unable to access my phone or the internet, I found that my account is now listed as expired-inactive. It is crucial for me to reactivate my claim promptly to continue receiving benefits while I search for employment. I have previously submitted the necessary documents in May [redacted] to reopen my claim, hoping this will speed up the process. I am eagerly awaiting assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring my claim is active again. Your prompt attention to this situation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently received an unemployment notice with a Notice of Determination stating I was discharged due to insubordination as noted by my former employer. During my unemployment application, I submitted detailed documentation regarding my termination. I expressed concerns about being harassed, discussed favoritism with my manager, and reported these issues to HR and the corporate office. Despite being hired for the Front Desk, I was consistently placed in the Call Center, where I was uncomfortable. I clarified these details when applying for unemployment benefits. Any suggestions are welcome. Thank you.

I have spoken to several individuals at the Colorado unemployment phone line, and each person provided varying information regarding my benefits. I have been waiting for over three months now. I had filed a backdate due to issues with the ID.me verification. After not hearing back, I filed another backdate form. Recently, I contacted someone who explained my error was due to the backdate forms. Just the other day, an agent informed me that I needed to complete additional forms (reporting requirements). I faxed these forms yesterday (08-31-[redacted]) after being told that once they were received, my funds would be released. Despite this, my UI page still shows pending issues. Can anyone assist me with this matter?

I would appreciate if someone could reach out to me. I had arranged for a callback on November 30th to discuss a "Payment Hold" issue on my account. After waiting, I received the scheduled call on December 8th. I was informed about a system problem with Colorado UI filings causing payment holds on numerous accounts, including mine. Initially, I was told it would be fixed within 24-48 hours. However, the issue persists even now on December 16th. The automated system cannot schedule callbacks, leaving me unable to speak with a representative. I am still in need of assistance from the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment UI Division.

I encountered issues with my unemployment last year when my wages were not accurately reflected as I had inputted them. Specifically, my earnings from my time at the National Park Service were not being taken into account. Despite sending correction sheets every time I received a new benefit summary, there seemed to be a backlog presumably due to the high volume of claims during the COVID-19 pandemic. Now that I am back to work, I noticed a deposit of $[redacted].75 from CDLE UI in my account today. However, upon checking both the online system for Colorado Unemployment and my personal email, I did not find any correspondence indicating this payment. I am reaching out to seek clarification if this was an error or not. Thank you for your help in addressing this matter.
