Utilizing ShopRunner for expedited shipping, my order was still shipped via UPS Ground, contrary to the agreed terms. I expect Cole Haan to own up to this error without blaming the holiday season. Despite my subscription for 2nd Day shipping, the order is not scheduled to arrive until 01/08/[redacted], even though it was placed on 12/30/[redacted]. Bpost has advised me to request your assistance in contacting them to initiate an investigation since only the sender can take this action, and not the recipient. I recently ordered item #C29697 in Woodbury Leather ivory, but I received a notification that a pair of black shoes was being sent instead. This is unusual as I have been a loyal customer of Cole Haan for 30 years and have never encountered this issue before. I already own a black pair of #C29697 and prefer to receive the Woodbury ivory color I initially ordered. While I understand the current circumstances may prevent me from calling to resolve this, I hope this email effectively conveys my preference. Should further communication be necessary, please feel free to contact me at [redacted]. I am a dedicated club member and customer, and I trust that this mix-up can be rectified promptly. Normally, I visit the Cole Haan store at the Tanger Mall in Mebane, NC.
