I ordered two fleece pullover sweatshirts on ********.. I have * or * of these sweatshirts and wear them every day. The new gray sweatshirt fits like all of my others. However, the new blue one measures four inches smaller around and three inches longer. I’m wondering why? I don’t like the way it fits. I washed it in cold water and partially dried it on cool air just like I’ve washed my other shirts. Will any new shirts that I order fit like this one? Or will they fit like the gray shirt and all of my others? I understand that I can’t return the shirt because I washed it.

I called back a second time. The first person I talked to said that I couldn’t return the shirt since I had washed it. The second person that I talked to is sending me a return label. It always pays to get a second opinion.
