On Friday, December 10th, I requested a withdrawal from my Coinbase assets account to my phone number. Unfortunately, I did not receive the link on my phone to confirm the transaction. Upon clicking the link, I was directed to a page with no response, and now my account is showing a balance of zero. I kindly request assistance in retrieving the funds promptly. To whom it may concern, I recently received over $[redacted] in my Coinbase wallet and have been trying to transfer the coins to my brother's wallet since December 9th. However, I received a notification from Coinbase stating that my transfer was being delayed for security purposes and would go through on a specific date. Today is the promised date, but the transfer has not been completed. I am unable to access my Coinbase sent portfolio, and my balance still shows a deduction of $[redacted]. I would like clarification on the current status of this transfer.

I recently received an email indicating that my Yahoo account was hacked and my emails were being redirected to [redacted] Specifically, at 11:07, I received a message from Coinbase stating that a fund transfer would be delayed until December 15, [redacted]. Moreover, at 11:07, I received an email from Coinbase Pro, even though I don't have an account with them, mentioning that the funds were transferred to a Coinbase Pro account. I have been trying to disable the account during this time. I urgently need to confirm if the funds were indeed transferred without my authorization and inquire if there is a possibility to recover them. As a final step, I require guidance on how to access my account since I can no longer use Google's two-step authentication and instead used my phone for text authentication over the past year. I appreciate your advice on how to proceed.

I believe my Coinbase account has been compromised. My phone number and email are not linked to the account anymore. I have a support ticket in progress and have already changed the password for my email account. Despite reaching out through the support page, I am not receiving the verification code via email. Unfortunately, I am unable to speak with a live representative when I call [redacted]0 as my phone is no longer associated with my Coinbase account.

I recently withdrew my crypto funds from my Coinbase account, expecting the money to be sent to my bank account through the debit card linked with Coinbase as per our agreement. However, I received a cancellation notice, and my request was not processed, causing me to miss out on opportunities. I kindly request for my withdrawal to be processed promptly as agreed upon, transferring the funds to my bank account via my debit card, as per our contract. My Coinbase account has been compromised. The phone number and email address are no longer associated with the account. When I call the support number, I am informed that there is not a Coinbase account linked to my number, and they refuse to connect me with a support representative. Since neither the phone number nor the email is recognized, I am unable to communicate with Coinbase. I do have a support ticket number; however, I am unable to receive the code number to submit the information to them.

Hello everyone, I have noticed that the country listed on my account is incorrect. Currently, it shows Austria instead of Slovakia. Despite uploading my personal ID multiple times for verification, the country has not been updated. I have successfully uploaded it at least five times, but the account still reflects the wrong country. Could you please rectify this error and update my country of residence to Slovakia? The rest of my address details such as street, number, and postal code are all accurate. Thank you.

I have been struggling to upload a picture to confirm my identification as the email verification process is not working. The code I need to receive the confirmation email from "Sendsafely" is not coming through, even though I keep getting emails prompting me to confirm my ID. I managed to change my password successfully but cannot log in due to issues with the verification app. I have regained access to my email, changed the password, and removed any filters that may have been added. I attempted to call the 1-[redacted] number for assistance but was disconnected because my phone number does not match the one on the account, possibly changed by a hacker. - Harald T.

I have had a verified account for many years and decided to add several thousand dollars to it with some newer coins. A few years ago, I switched to Navy Federal Credit Union, which has a limited number of characters for the login. As a result, the staff requested a change to the name on the account to William Douglas Bangham, my legal name. This is the only change needed as everything else matches. Unfortunately, this adjustment isn't compatible with the bank account, so we had to use WilliamD.Bangham. We are in the process of changing Coinbase to match this. This process has been significantly more time-consuming with Coinbase, taking up to six hours so far. We have had to resubmit licenses and will potentially have to wait up to 30 days to invest our funds, prompting us to consider opening an account elsewhere. We are eager to invest in coins now, not a month from now. Your help in getting our account off restricted status would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Bill

I am new to Coinbase, or at least I thought I was. I am unable to create an account. The account I tried to make with the email [redacted] seems to belong to someone named Stephen Hopper. Even when attempting to create a new account with a different email, I am unable to pass the social security number verification step. I can provide any required documents to resolve this matter.

I have not been prompted to use the two-step authentication process on my account for over a month. Instead, it goes straight to the access page, which is concerning for security reasons. I have attempted multiple times to verify my account without success. In the "Main menu," under "Learn and Earn," there is an additional verification method requiring an ID card and a selfie. As I am from Taiwan, I am unsure about the warning indicating that my name or birthdate may not qualify for the ID card. I have verified that all the information in my profile is correct. The Coinbase app has been sending me emails, sometimes stating that I passed the review and other times claiming I did not. This inconsistency makes it difficult for me to determine my current status, and as a result, I am unable to conduct any transactions with currency. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue. Alternatively, responses in Chinese are also welcome. Thank you for your help.

I believe my account has been compromised. The phone number in my account information has been changed, preventing me from receiving the codes to reset my password and access the app. Furthermore, the system is indicating that my current phone number is listed as foreign to Coinbase, which is incorrect as this is the only device I use. I recently had an issue with my cryptocurrency coins being transferred to facwallet.com/mobile from Coinbase. The funds were frozen, and they are asking for an additional 35% for taxes and fees to release them back to Coinbase. I am concerned about the legality of this request and how I can ensure that the 35% will go to the US Treasury for taxes. Also, I am unsure if I had to provide my SSN to Coinbase during registration. My account was compromised, leading to unauthorized transactions from my Chase Bank account. To recover the funds, Chase requires verification from Coinbase for the three transactions on Dec. 13: $1,[redacted], $1,[redacted], and $5,[redacted]. I have created a new account and expect the return of the remaining funds. Prompt resolution is crucial. The last legitimate transaction was for $2 on the same day, following suspicious emails from Coinbase. Despite my account being locked, hackers gained access to my bank account. Hello Coinbase team, I received this message in my Coinbase wallet. Can you please explain its meaning? "Dear User, We have detected a high-risk status on your account, and as a security measure, Coinbase has temporarily frozen your funds. In order to unfreeze your account, you are required to deposit 30% of your frozen funds ([redacted].8 USDT) to your wallet for verification purposes. The verification process will be completed within 24 hours once the deposit is made. Upon successful verification, your funds will be unfrozen, and you will be able to resume trading on your account."
