I am experiencing difficulty accessing my account with Coinbase due to the two-step verification process. Despite attempting to reset my password, I am unable to log in as I never set up the two-step verification initially. Coinbase requested a photo ID for verification, but I am unable to submit it as it requires access to my account first, which I do not have. This circular requirement is illogical. The lack of phone support exacerbates the situation. I am frustrated with the obstacles preventing me from accessing my cryptocurrency and urge Coinbase to address these issues promptly. I am willing to cooperate to resolve this matter efficiently.

I am frustrated about having $[redacted] locked up in Ethereum 2.0 with Coinbase. Their promises of 5% returns seem like a scam. Despite assurances of getting my funds back via email, I am unable to withdraw my money. It has been 8 months, and the process is not as straightforward as they claimed. The value of Ethereum keeps dropping, making the whole situation feel like a robbery. I no longer wish to continue with this investment. Coinbase can keep the interest; I just want my initial investment back. The whole experience feels like a rip-off, especially when there are already many Ethereum 2.0 coins available. I regret getting involved in this scam and need my money returned promptly.

Hello, My Coinbase account has been disabled for over two weeks. The notification I receive states that my ability to trade and transact is disabled due to a recent failed purchase of digital assets. Despite not making any recent purchases other than on 7/5/21, which was paid by my bank on 7/6/21, my account remains disabled. My bank has not rejected any Coinbase purchases, and I have reached out to Coinbase multiple times without success. They mentioned an account specialist would contact me in 4-5 days, but I have not received any further communication. I am looking to have my account unlocked promptly and be informed if there are any outstanding payments. Thank you.

I fell victim to a scam involving a Coinbase account. I mistakenly shared sensitive information with hackers who posed as Paypal representatives. Taking precautionary measures, I have closed my bank accounts and cards. However, I am eager to close my Coinbase account as well. They persuaded me to verify my identity by submitting my driver's license. I am wary of my personal data being misused. Kindly assist me in closing this account. Thanks, T. Sutter

I am concerned about potential identity theft and illegal use of my information. I urgently need assistance to address this situation and prevent any misuse of my driver's license details. Thank you for your help. Signed, T. Sutter [redacted]

It has been more than six days since I requested to change my email address with Coinbase. While trying to update it through the mobile app, I encountered an issue where the form froze when I tried to submit a selfie for verification. Despite fulfilling all the requirements, including sending a photo of my driver's license and a selfie via email, the problem remains unresolved. I have been communicating with Coinbase support regarding this matter for a week now, but there has been no resolution yet. I hope they address this swiftly. Thank you. - V.H. from Tarpon Springs, Florida.

Hello, my name is Marius, and I am currently residing in Germany. Approximately two weeks ago, I fell victim to a scam where I mistakenly sent [redacted] ADA from my Coinbase account to a fraudulent address. Following this, I noticed that my remaining balance of 88€ in my Coinbase account disappeared, which made me suspect my account was compromised. I promptly reached out to Coinbase Support via email, and they suspended my account while refunding the 88€. However, I am still unable to trade, withdraw, or utilize my cryptocurrencies. Although I believe my account is secure, the support team has been unresponsive despite my attempts to verify my identity. I currently have funds in polygon cryptocurrency worth nearly €3,[redacted] that I am unable to access. This issue is preventing me from making any further transactions, and I urgently require assistance as the support team has not yet resolved the problem.

I was alerted by my bank today, August 13, [redacted], that $[redacted] was transferred from my checking account to Coinbase. Additionally, on August 11, [redacted], $[redacted] was also withdrawn from my account. I swiftly deactivated my Coinbase account upon discovering this issue. Regrettably, I am unable to access my mobile app as I don't remember the associated cellphone number for receiving activation codes. I would greatly appreciate assistance from Coinbase to initiate a full refund. Please contact me at [redacted] for further assistance. Thank you, Carol Koski.

My phone had a defect, and it took 7 days to get a warranty replacement. After re-downloading Coinbase and Coinbase Pro, I couldn't log in due to a password issue. Despite following the password reset steps in the email, I encountered a problem with Google Authenticator. I had to install Google Authenticator and retry the process, but I kept getting an error with the code. I've been locked out of my Coinbase accounts for 3 weeks. I submitted a photo of my ID and selfie as requested for account recovery. However, I'm still unable to use 2FA as I can't access the app to link it to Google Authenticator. I received an email from Coinbase stating they started the recovery process and will resolve it in 72 hours, but I'm worried about the 2FA issue persisting. I hope for feedback on this matter. I prefer using SMS for account resets to regain access to my coins. Thank you.

I made a BTC payment at 8:35 AM on 8/15/[redacted]. It was supposed to take about 30 minutes to process. Currently, at 1:37 PM, the status is still pending on Coinbase's side. I have checked the help section and verified the following: - The BTC amount I want to send is fully confirmed. - The amount is not too small for the miner to pick up; I sent a smaller amount earlier that was picked up within 3 minutes. - The network is not overcrowded; I sent a transaction from Luno 5 minutes ago, and it went through. - Though they say double-spending can't happen, it seems likely that it occurred here. I need the transaction to be processed quickly, either by sending it to the other wallet or by canceling it so I can make alternative arrangements. Wentzel

I have been a loyal customer of Coinbase for several years. Recently, I encountered an issue while trying to transfer funds to another account. The transfer was delayed due to a request for identity verification. However, despite multiple attempts, my driver's license uploads have all been rejected. I even upgraded my webcam to ensure better resolution, but the problem persists. I have spent over four hours today attempting to upload my ID and a selfie, only to face continuous rejections by the system. This is the first time I have encountered such difficulties with verification. I suspect that the artificial intelligence system may be struggling with certain aspects of the photos. I kindly request immediate assistance from Coinbase before I consider moving my funds back to my bank and exploring other options. You can reach me at [redacted]. Thank you, Jace T.

I am concerned about a potential hack on my account. Although I can access the account, there is no record of any past activity. Initially, the account showed holdings of 45.07 Uni\swaps, [redacted].[redacted] Algorand, [redacted].[redacted] XCM, and [redacted].25 MATIC. However, upon checking later, all holdings and transaction history are gone. I am worried that I might be logged into a different account unknowingly, possibly opened in error. As a retiree, this money holds significant value for me. The lack of transaction history is unsettling, and I suspect foul play due to recent email hacking issues. I hope to resolve this swiftly, whether it be recovering lost funds or locating the correct account with my holdings intact.

On Monday afternoon, my Pro Coinbase account was hacked. The hackers converted all my holdings to Bitcoin and transferred it to a crypto account. They also attempted to transfer $5,[redacted] from my BofA account and tried to access my Fidelity account but were unsuccessful in sending any money. As a result, my bank account was frozen due to the unauthorized activity. I did not initiate these actions, and now I am locked out of my account until I can resolve the $5,[redacted] issue. I am seeking assistance to cancel the transfer and regain access to my account. Thank you for your help. -Teresa

I received a $29 returned check charge from CoinBase dated the 14th because I didn't have enough funds in my Credit Union account. I used USDC through CoinBase to pay for a miner, aiming to collect the full amount in USDC before making the purchase. The $1,[redacted] charge seems incorrect as the items I intended to buy were of higher value and to be paid in crypto. I apologize if I missed a purchase for $1,[redacted]. I am willing to pay immediately to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, I cannot log in or contact anyone to understand what occurred and address it. Despite following the email instructions to check my computer and run Norton Antivirus scans, I did not find any issues. Please provide me with the necessary information to recover my account and settle the payment promptly. Maintaining a positive standing with my account is essential to me, so any assistance is welcomed. Thank you, Jim.

I opened an account with Coinbase three weeks ago. After verifying my details and completing the ID check, they confirmed my bank by transferring a small amount and then returning it. Following this, I was notified that my account was active and ready for cryptocurrency investments. I transferred $[redacted] (£[redacted]) into the same account to purchase Bitcoin, but I have been unable to access my account since then. Despite using the same clear ID documents as before, Coinbase claims they are blurry or incomplete. I am unable to resolve this issue and need help to access my account.

UPDATE: I am frustrated that Coinbase doesn't offer phone support unless you have their bank/credit card. I can't find the answer to my question on their website. I am trying to figure out if Coinbase supports native Litecoin addresses. A service I use is shutting down and will refund customers with a Litecoin transaction that must be sent to a native LTC address. Can anyone confirm if Coinbase utilizes native LTC addresses?

I am having trouble accessing my Coinbase (Pro) accounts. I used an old cellphone only on wifi, thinking it was safe. Unfortunately, the phone is gone now. Please assist me in recovering access to my Coinbase/Coinbase Pro accounts to secure his future. Thank you very much. -Luke

I activated 2-step verification on my COINBASE account, but my authenticator became desynchronized, prompting me to delete and reinstall it. Now, to reestablish the sync, the authenticator app requires scanning the QR code from my account. However, I am locked out as it asks for a 6-digit code from the app that I can't access without first scanning the QR code. I find myself stuck in a loop without access to my account. Is there any solution to this issue?

Hello, I need assistance with an urgent matter. My partner created a Coinbase account under the name Lynda Nielsen with the email [redacted] and phone number [redacted]. I sent around $7,[redacted] in BTC to her account using the phone number. Unfortunately, Lynda is unable to access her account due to verification issues with her driver's license and bank statement. Regardless of the device or network she uses, she encounters a screen requesting verification that does not match her provided information. We received an email stating her address could not be verified, although the correct address matches her driver's license. It is crucial to resolve this swiftly to prevent any loss of funds. Please provide guidance promptly. The email address I've shared is mine, as I initiated the transfer to her account. Additionally, we are puzzled as to how an unvalidated account can accept incoming transfers. Thank you, Steve
