I need assistance with accessing my Coinbase account that I set up years ago after purchasing 3 Bitcoin through a network company. I bought the Bitcoin within the network, which led me to create the Coinbase account back in [redacted] or [redacted]. Although I have the app on my phone from that time, I didn't proceed further with it. Now, years later, I can't recall my sign-in information and have used various emails over the years, making it uncertain which one is linked to my account. When I tried to reset the password by calling the number provided, it indicated that the account associated with my phone number would be locked, and new sign-in information was sent to the linked email. Unfortunately, I don't have access to that email. I have since created a new Coinbase account, but I am unsure how to recover my old account and the 3 Bitcoin with the personal information, phone number, and list of possible emails associated with it. Around 2 weeks ago, my email account [redacted] was hacked, and I couldn't log in due to a password issue. Despite numerous attempts to reset the password, I encountered problems each time. I managed to open a case (case#[redacted]0) after many unsuccessful tries but have not received any responses from coinbase yet on how to resolve this matter. Coinciding with the hack on my coinbase account, my long-standing email address was also compromised. Thus, reaching out to me through that email is ineffective now. I'm currently reachable via my wife's email [redacted] I'm willing to undergo ID verification again to recover access to my account, and I just need guidance on the steps to follow.

I went through the setup process on Coinbase, waited for verification, and received an email allowing me to start buying Crypto. However, when I tried to make a purchase, it prompted me to Verify my ID, which I attempted multiple times unsuccessfully. Even after finally getting approved, the verification failed when I tried to buy. Frustrated, I removed my banking details and deleted the app. If I can't successfully use it, what's the point? I'm puzzled by the absence of customer service or tech support. What are the implications of deleting the app? Why was I unable to get verified?

Hello, It has been a while since my last interaction with COINBASE. I have an account and a Coinbase Passcode with 26 characters that I was advised to use if necessary. My account consists of a bitcoin portion, an entire Ethereum, and four Litecoins. I am unsure of the value of my Bitcoin portion or any of my other holdings. When logging into coinbase.com, I noticed that the left side displays icons like "Home" but does not include an "Account" option as instructed for downloading my purchased Bitcoins and Ethereums to the Trezor hard wallet. Despite searching the website thoroughly, the "Account" link seems to be missing. Even after going through the help center, I couldn't find a suitable solution for my problem. I filled out the form to the best of my ability but still need assistance immediately. Thank you for your help.

I noticed two unauthorized transactions totaling $[redacted] missing from my linked savings account with Coinbase when I checked my bank statement today. The transactions allegedly took place yesterday while I was out of town and did not access my account. Oddly, Coinbase shows no purchases made on that day. I am concerned about these unauthorized accesses to my bank account. Please investigate this matter promptly.

Hello, I'm Dougetta Oliver. I created an account with the email [redacted] and phone number [redacted]. I couldn't transfer bitcoins to an outside wallet as I hadn't uploaded an ID. I attempted to upload my ID via email but was blocked on my phone by Coinbase. I asked for a password reset to my email but haven't received the email yet. Despite only changing my password to include a capital letter, unauthorized purchases led me to lock the account. I tried to unlock it via phone but it remains locked. I suspect my email may have been changed as I'm not receiving password reset emails.

Hello. I created an account with Coinbase around May 7th and transferred about $2K into it. Shortly after, I received a message indicating that my email, account, and password were compromised. I followed the instructions to disable and close the account. I've been trying to regain access by following Coinbase's protocol but keep encountering an error message saying "account temporarily disabled, contact customer support." Despite opening several cases back in early May, I have yet to hear from an "account specialist" as promised. It's not just about the $2K; I feel violated and am considering taking legal action, possibly through a class-action lawsuit, as there seems to be fraudulent activity involved. I've also reached out to the attorney general. It feels like a situation reminiscent of the movie "Silkwood," only ten times worse.

Around mid-May, approximately a week ago, I completed a sale of all my coins on Coinbase. The funds from the sale are now in my Coinbase US currency account. The correct amount is reflecting in my portfolio. However, when attempting to withdraw the money and transfer it to my linked bank account, I received a notification stating 'there are no funds available for withdrawal'. I have made multiple attempts to seek assistance through the help pages on the website, but have not found any useful information. Additionally, some of the buttons or links on the help pages are unresponsive when clicked. I also contacted the customer service phone number [redacted], but unfortunately, they were unable to provide any helpful guidance or support. As my wife and I rely on social security, we were counting on this money to help cover medical expenses. I am concerned about the status of my funds in my Coinbase account and why I am unable to withdraw and deposit them into my bank account. I received 0.[redacted] BTC ($7,[redacted].54 USD) from an external Bitcoin account. It may take up to 3 network confirmations before my Bitcoin is available to trade. There's a note stating my deposit exceeds my limit, requiring a wallet upgrade to contain it. A wallet upgrade fee of $1,[redacted].33 needs to be paid to the official wallet address: 3NrL6CoXkrGe4XM2egb8GtJ8576gDqFufU. Once paid, the payout will be released, and the upgrade fee will be sent back to my wallet. I'm wondering if I need to put a deposit down to receive this transfer, and if the wallet 3NrL6CoXkrGe4XM2egb8GtJ8576gDqFufU is a Coinbase wallet. I would appreciate clarification on this matter.

On Saturday around 9 pm, I invested over 3,[redacted] in Exec RLC Ethereum token. By Sunday, May 9th at 8:00 am, the value had risen to 11,[redacted], peaking around 5 pm at 15,[redacted]. Worried about fluctuations, I transferred 7,[redacted] back to my bank when it dipped to 14,[redacted]. Two days later, Coinbase inexplicably charged me for canceled orders totaling 6,[redacted], claiming insufficient funds when there were funds available. Despite confirming with my bank, I had to pay up to prevent them from seizing my Crypto assets. However, this led to a loss of over 5,[redacted], with Coinbase taking an additional 2,[redacted] from my account. Despite all my investments and receipts, I've been left with only [redacted]. I've tried contacting Coinbase multiple times without success. Now, I'm seeking clarification and resolution before considering legal action, as this entire situation has left me financially drained and confused.

I received an email tonight that appears to be from Coinbase regarding updates to SEPA account details. The email explains that due to changes for a more secure deposit process, customers need to update their information. It provides steps for updating the account details and mentions a new virtual account number. It emphasizes using this new information for future SEPA deposits to ensure proper crediting. The email also clarifies that the reference code has been replaced by the virtual account number and should no longer be included. If assistance is needed, customers are directed to visit the help center.

I have been trying to resolve an issue for over a month regarding missing coins on my Coinbase account. I was instructed to provide a 12-word phrase that I do not have. Despite giving all transaction details via email and providing multiple transaction confirmation codes in each complaint, I have yet to receive a resolution. I have made numerous complaints and have not been contacted as promised. I attempted to open a new account assuming my funds would transfer over, using the same information, but this did not occur. Some of my transactions include DES99S4F, TRD6CW8V, V6U8TPUM, FH53CYTP, and NGUZYUA5. I also have case numbers #[redacted]2, #[redacted]8, #[redacted]4, #[redacted]7. The reference codes for BTC transactions are 4P4C2JKP and SBG4HCJV for $[redacted] and $[redacted].01 respectively. I urge Coinbase to locate my old account, restore my funds, and address this ongoing issue promptly.

I recently transferred $[redacted] worth of XLM to my Coinbase account on May 6th. I have been communicating with individuals from Coinbase, but there's a delay of 3 days before I receive a response to my emails. Despite sending 15 XLM as requested, attached with the memo, I keep receiving emails instructing me to resend the same amount. I have complied with the request three times already, but the 15 XLM never reflects in my Coinbase account. I reached out to LOBSTR, the app from which I made the transfer, and they confirmed that the transfer was successful on their end. I always copy my wallet address and paste it in my LOBSTR account for the transfer, so I'm unsure why the XLM is not reaching Coinbase. My case number is [redacted]5. Hello, I received the email from you on June 1, [redacted], stating that I have won a $[redacted] prize in the Coinbase Bitcoin Sweepstake. However, I have not yet seen the prize reflected in my account. I followed the instructions in the rules, replying within 24 hours and before the 48-hour deadline. On January 4, [redacted], I reached out for support but unfortunately had my account locked for over two weeks. It wasn't until January 22 that I finally received help from the help desk, where I was instructed to have my accounts updated. Since this update, which took place on January 22, approximately 0.3 bitcoin from my vault and wallet balance as well as $[redacted] that were transferred to Coinbase Pro from my Binance Account have not been returned. Despite being told to wait 24 hours post-update for the return, as of June [redacted], I have yet to see the 0.3 bitcoin and $[redacted] back in my account. I am located within an hour's drive from San Francisco and am willing to drive to your headquarters if necessary to resolve this issue.

I registered with Coinbase in October [redacted] using the email below. I bought coins, linked my bank account, and made purchases. However, after deleting the app, I reinstalled it in January [redacted]. I am disappointed with the service I received from FinVesting. Initially, I was told my investment would be placed in a wallet, but without consent, it was moved to their Jubiter account instead of Coinbase. This resulted in losses due to poor analyst decisions, requiring me to cover a loan taken from the company. The analyst initially confirmed my funds were in a wallet, but later changed their statement. I seek guidance on holding these individuals accountable for essentially taking my money. Although the SanaKo account shows profit, I simply want my investment returned to its intended wallet. Additionally, it is concerning that SanaKo is registered in the Marshall Islands and may be involved in fraudulent activities.

I'm having trouble accessing my Coinbase account even though I've updated my password and authorized my new computer. When I try to log in, I'm redirected to a page prompting me to buy crypto instead of accessing my account where I have BTC and ETH stored. I've been in contact with Coinbase via email and text but haven't made any headway. I need assistance in getting into my account.
