I transferred £[redacted] from my bank to my Coinbase account as I usually do daily without any issues. However, after this recent transaction, they suddenly locked my account and requested a photo ID. Unfortunately, when I tried to submit it, the website glitched and mistakenly said I provided incorrect information and locked me out. I am very frustrated with the poor customer service response time as it takes them months to reply. I simply want my £[redacted] to be refunded back to my bank account promptly.

For some reason, Coinbase is requesting me to verify my identity for the second time using my ID card, even though I already did it before. Moreover, when I upload the photos again, I get an error saying that my birthdate doesn't match the one in my Coinbase settings, but both dates match - they are both May 12, [redacted]. I need help urgently as I can't access my cryptos and I am losing money. Thank you.

I'm feeling incredibly frustrated. I've been attempting to purchase more Bitcoin for three days now. When I try to use my Bank of America account, which has been open and has enough funds, I receive an error message indicating fraud. Bank of America confirmed there have been no issues from their end. I resorted to using another bank account, bought $3,[redacted] in Bitcoin, but there is no record of the transaction. I really want this transaction to go through, but no one I've asked to check the site has been able to solve the issue. Can someone please assist me?

I have been struggling to access my account for over a year despite repeatedly going through the authentication process with my passport and providing live pictures of myself with a notice by my face. Despite my efforts, I remain locked out. Contacting customer service monthly hasn't helped resolve this issue. It's frustrating and a serious matter that needs urgent attention.

I am having trouble withdrawing my funds from my Coinbase account. The approval system that requires two emails is not functioning properly. Specifically, the "Approve Withdraw" button in the second email is not working. Despite multiple attempts to contact Coinbase through email, their responses have been unhelpful. I am having an issue with a SEPA Transfer on Coinbase Pro. I forgot to include my reference code in the transfer, which has caused confusion on where the money should be deposited. My account got locked after a few days of inactivity. When I attempted to log in, the system prompted me for a Google Authentication App's 2-Factor Authentication code, a feature I never set up. I am now stuck on how to proceed with logging in. The recovery process asks for my username, password, and then the 2-Factor Authentication code, creating a loop. Contacting Coinbase via email has not been helpful as their responses provide generic recovery instructions.

The system asked me to verify my account using a code sent to my old number, which I no longer have access to. However, despite trying various verification methods such as submitting a photo of myself, a photo of my driver's license, or a photo of my identity card, the system keeps stating that my face does not match the registered document. I was locked out of my account for more than a month despite completing all the verification steps precisely as instructed. I tried repeatedly to contact a human at the company to no avail. When I was finally able to access my account, everything was missing. I then noticed a balance of about a dollar, but even that disappeared later on. I have evidence in the form of transaction receipts, bank statements, and emails proving that the company took my money and never refunded it.

I created a new account on my laptop successfully. Additionally, I installed the mobile app on my iPhone and verified my identity, receiving a confirmation email. I initiated a payment through my bank and bought bitcoin. While my laptop reflects the purchase, the iPhone app doesn't. I can access both with the same credentials and 2-step verification. I'm puzzled by why the laptop shows the purchase, but the iPhone app doesn't. Can you please clarify this issue and provide guidance on resolving it?

I recently contacted 1-[redacted]0 to report that my account was compromised. I spoke with someone named Jack Mendoza who claimed to be from Coinbase. I was unaware that Coinbase does not make outbound calls and fell victim to the scam. The fraudulent activity led to my bank account being compromised, with only $4.00 available. The scammers managed to get $57.00 from the account but were unsuccessful in their attempt to withdraw $5,[redacted].00+. I am seeking assistance from Coinbase to regain access to my account and update security settings. I need a legitimate phone number to reach a live representative urgently. My account is linked to the number [redacted]. Coinbase informed me that if I don't pay, they will deduct from my funds. Please provide a valid contact number other than [redacted] for me to speak with a representative.
