Hello Coinbase Support, I have been a long-time user of Coinbase and never had login issues until recently. Despite entering my password, login, and 2-factor authentication correctly, I am notified that I am logging in from a new device, triggering the need for a verification email. However, I never receive this email at my registered email address. I have attempted to contact Coinbase for assistance through the support help website multiple times in the last few months but have not received any replies. This ongoing inability to access my account due to unrecognized devices is concerning. Is it possible to use a different email address for receiving verification links? Additionally, I used to receive monthly emails from Coinbase with transaction history, but those have ceased as well. Thank you, jt

Dear Coin base, My name is Sadia Akther. I recently made a transaction from my Coin base wallet for 10.30 BTC in USD. The recipient returned the funds to my wallet, providing a transaction hash. However, despite the confirmation on the block explorer, the funds have not reflected in my wallet. I have contacted support multiple times, and they insist the funds were sent and confirmed. Unfortunately, the money is not showing up in my wallet, not even in the pending transactions. It has been over a day or two, and I am still facing this issue. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I lost access to my old phone number and can't complete the 2-step verification process. When I tried the recovery steps, they sent an email to my inaccessible email account, creating a loop preventing me from contacting them. Their phone service disconnects my calls because I'm not using the number linked to my account. I'm frustrated and desperate to prove ownership of my account and retrieve access. There are significant funds in the account, and I've been locked out for weeks. I really need help with this.

I can't log in to my Coinbase account. I've tried to reach out to Coinbase Customer Service several times, but the automated system keeps saying the specialists are unavailable. All five of my accounts have been disabled, and I'm unable to take any action. Can you assist me in contacting them? Kindly provide me with an email address where I can send you all the necessary information. Your support in reaching out to them would be greatly appreciated.

Since February, I have been attempting to update my email and home address on my existing account. The website mentions the option to speak with a representative, which unfortunately hasn't been the case. Despite submitting various ID photos through different devices, such as the original webcam from when I opened the account and an iPhone, the images have been deemed "too blurry" for verification. I have requested a review by a human or an alternative verification method, such as a notary public or a bank, to no avail. The ongoing case number is [redacted]5. A direct conversation with a human representative would greatly assist in resolving this issue, as I'm unable to resubmit the same documents on different equipment.

In September [redacted], I created a Coinbase account to buy bitcoin. I used the bitcoin for services and now want to receive some bitcoin to sell and transfer the money to my bank account. Unfortunately, I can't find the email with my account details. I'm unsure of my account number and can't remember my password. Can I get help reactivating my existing account instead of starting over or opening a new one? Thank you. Gerald L.

I am reaching out a second time in hopes of resolving the re-identification issue with Coinbase. After updating my email and mailing addresses, I am unable to access my existing account. Despite multiple attempts since February to comply with their requirements, providing new ID photos using approved devices has proven challenging. Even using the latest Apple iPhone, the photos are rejected for being "too blurry." I have suggested alternative forms of ID like a notary public or bank verification. Attempts to speak with a human, as suggested on their website, have been unsuccessful. Despite receiving occasional emails promising assistance, no progress has been made. I eagerly seek human intervention as sending clearer photos than before is not feasible. The last case number I have with Coinbase is [redacted]5. My current phone number is [redacted] and email address is [redacted] Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I've attempted various methods to access my account and submit a support request. However, every time I receive confirmation of my email, another one follows, promptly closing my case. I've been unsuccessful in reaching anyone over the phone, as I face disconnection while waiting on hold. Despite trying to close my account, I have been unable to do so. The service provided by this financial company is extremely poor. My goal is simply to speak with a representative and have my account reinstated.

I have two concerns that I need assistance with. 1. I previously requested my $10 referral fee because my referral signed up through my link on Earn. Despite encountering issues with the verification code, my referral eventually succeeded in verifying the account, but I have not received my referral payment. I have emailed explaining the situation a month ago but have not received any response. I am eagerly awaiting my referral payment and would appreciate a prompt reply. 2. My trading privileges were suspended without any explanation. After requesting a reinstatement, my trading privileges were restored, but I am now unable to use Earn. When I attempted to use the new platform, I was placed on a waiting list. I am confused by these issues and would like to understand what is happening. Do I need to cease using Coinbase altogether? I await your response urgently.

I urgently need assistance. My entire life savings of 10 bitcoins was stolen from my Coinbase account on December 28. Despite noticing a password recovery request and being locked out, it took 2 days to regain access after verifying my ID. When I finally logged in, I discovered only $[redacted] remained instead of $77,[redacted], which equated to losing my 10.5 bitcoins acquired over several years. Distraught and in disbelief, I seek immediate help. I have evidence of the transactions that took 2.74 and 7.49 bitcoins. How was this breach possible if I am cautious with security? Please locate my bitcoins and rectify the situation. As a longtime Coinbase member, I implore you to track the transactions on December 28 at 10:20 pm. I am devastated and desperate to recover my funds, hoping for a positive resolution promptly. Thank you for your help. John J. – [redacted]

I previously reported this issue but failed to mention how I would like it resolved. I established my account with Coinbase on 1/10/[redacted] and managed only one small transaction before logging out. However, on 1/13, $[redacted] was withdrawn, followed by another $[redacted] on 1/21 after I had deleted the app from my phone. Unsure if the individual who assisted with the setup is involved, I am now in touch with Alaska USA Bank and attempting to reach Coinbase. My main goal is to recover the unauthorized withdrawals. Despite facing difficulties accessing my account after reinstalling the app, I aim to close it permanently for security reasons.

I recently signed up for Coinbase, provided my personal and bank card details, and purchased £50 worth of bitcoins. However, I got locked out of my account shortly after. Although I received some guidance via email, I'm unable to progress past entering my pin code when trying to upload my passport photo for verification. Despite numerous emails to Coinbase for assistance, I have not made any progress. The phone number provided on the website is also not functional. If this issue persists past 5 pm, I won't be able to access my account from my desktop. I am concerned about not only retrieving my funds but also the security of my personal information. I received an email stating that my account has been closed permanently, leaving me without access to my funds. I am frustrated and dissatisfied with the lack of support I have received during this process.

I recently transferred 0.[redacted] bitcoin from my Coinbase account to my email address on January 27, [redacted]. On January 30, [redacted], around 6pm London time, I received a confirmation email stating that I had received the 0.[redacted] bitcoin. However, when I tried to view the transaction by clicking the link in the email, I was redirected to a Coinbase page saying that the account was not found. This situation is very stressful for me as this transfer was all the money I had to live on until the 20th of next month. I have been waiting for this transfer for 3 days. I am reaching out for help to resolve this issue as this is my second email after not getting a response from my first one.

I encountered a bug while trying to withdraw BTC to my Binance Wallet for trading. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, I finally managed to send a larger amount, but the transaction was not successful. Despite my trust in Coinbase, this error is concerning. I hope I am the only one facing this issue and that larger investors are not affected. I would appreciate Coinbase's assistance in retrieving my BTC.

I have attempted to withdraw 13,[redacted] Algorands from Coinbase to Binance. The withdrawal was made on 1/29/[redacted], but it has not reflected in my Binance account. I have whitelisted my Binance wallet address on Coinbase. Despite contacting Coinbase customer support eight times, I have only received automated responses notifying me that the case is closed. I am concerned as I have not encountered any verification or login issues, yet Coinbase keeps asking me to wait 72 hours for a resolution. It has been five days since the withdrawal, and the matter remains unresolved.

Hello Coinbase, I recently made purchases on Coinbase and noticed that although my bank account shows withdrawals, the BTC is being deposited into my account without an associated transfer from my bank. I am not attempting any fraudulent activity; I am just trying to invest in BTC. I had difficulty reaching someone by phone, so I am reaching out here for assistance. Please advise on how to proceed with this issue. Thank you, M.C.

I am experiencing issues with withdrawing money from my Coinbase account. I have been using Coinbase solely to receive bitcoin, not for direct purchases, for a long time. Recently, I received an "Account Restricted" notification, requesting ID verification. Despite multiple attempts, the issue remains unresolved. The funds in my account are crucial and urgently needed, especially since my son is currently hospitalized and requires financial assistance. I urgently request either the release of my account or the transfer of funds to another wallet. This situation is distressing for me as a customer. Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated.

My account was compromised, and I had cryptocurrencies amounting to 1,[redacted].00 XRP/XLT/BTC. I contacted the number 1-[redacted] listed next to Coinbase for assistance with finding the OMG coin. The person I spoke with, who I believed was a Coinbase agent, advised me to upgrade to Coinbase Pro to purchase the OMG coin. They recommended buying it with a credit card, suggesting converting my coins to bitcoin first. They requested a small credit card test transaction to my bank account, but then proceeded to make unauthorized bitcoin purchases from my checking account totaling $3,[redacted]. I have frozen my credit card and informed my bank, who advised me to file a police report and submit it to them. I will be doing this soon. I have details of the transactions and addresses involved. What steps should I take next? Thank you for your guidance.
