I connected my bank and debit card accounts to my Coinbase profile, both linked to the same checking account. I encountered two problems: I mistakenly made a purchase with insufficient funds, which was quickly resolved, and there's a 4-5 business day transfer time for bank transactions. Due to this, my account was placed on a 14-day hold before I could move my BTC to my wallet for security. I'm hoping that speaking with a representative could speed up the 14-day hold. There's an online shop I like with a 50% off sale that exclusively accepts bitcoin.

I opened an account with Coinbase through the app, where I loaded some money to purchase $[redacted] worth of BTC. After deducting fees, I had $[redacted] remaining. However, a hold was placed on my funds for 14 days. A day before the hold was supposed to be lifted, my account was hacked. I have been trying to reach out to Coinbase via phone calls and emails to resolve this issue to no avail. It's been frustrating not being able to get any help in retrieving my account and BTC. I need assistance with fixing this ongoing issue. Despite verifying my identity multiple times and receiving email confirmations of the verification, the system keeps asking me to verify my identity repeatedly when I try to make a purchase or perform any other tasks. I have noticed others facing the same problem. It is frustrating that there is no direct phone number available to contact customer support, only automated services. When attempting to seek help online, the instructions are unclear and lead back to verifying identity, even after submitting my driver's license as requested. This problem has persisted for weeks, and I am unsatisfied with the service. Please resolve the issue promptly or refund my money. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Yesterday, I made a payment of [redacted] pounds from my bank to bitcoin. The payment is currently pending. My bank has confirmed the availability of funds and advised me that the delay is on bitcoin's end. The recipient is waiting for this payment urgently. Unauthorized transactions have been made from my personal checking account, totaling $[redacted] and $[redacted]. I proceeded to open a fraud case to address this issue. Coinbase placed a temporary hold on my account to investigate. Fortunately, my bank refunded the disputed amounts. I received closure emails from Coinbase instructing me to log in. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to access my account. Numerous emails to customer support have gone unanswered, some even returned. Phone calls have been fruitless in reaching a resolution. I simply wish to withdraw the $[redacted] originally in my account before the hold was placed. Best, K.

I've been struggling to reach a representative at Coinbase and have been locked out of my account. Despite multiple emails, I haven't received a satisfactory solution. I need a UK telephone number to speak with a live person. The current number for Coinbase UK hasn't been helpful, with frustrating recorded messages. I would appreciate a direct line to a UK director at Coinbase.

I recently tried to access my Coinbase account after a few weeks and encountered issues with the 2-factor authentication (2FA) codes from Google Authenticator. I have tried multiple codes but keep receiving an "invalid code" message. I attempted to troubleshoot by reinstalling both Microsoft Authenticator and Google Authenticator apps, but the problem persists. I believe I have the secret seed code saved from when I set up Google Authenticator. The troubleshooting steps advise using an old code, but I don't recall any. I am unable to access my account to disable the authenticator feature and switch back to receiving codes via text. Despite trying to contact Coinbase by phone, I was directed to email support due to high call volumes. I am frustrated and seeking assistance to regain access to my account. Thank you.

I've entered the two amounts deposited into my bank account, but I keep receiving a message saying I've reached the maximum number of attempts. I removed the card, waited two days, found the deposits again, and re-entered the amounts, but encountered the same issue. I was advised in a message to wait 24 hours and try again. I need a representative to contact me. Additionally, I'm unsure how to transfer money directly to my Coinbase Wallet in order to send funds to another Coinbase account holder. My account was hacked on 10/2/[redacted], and I reported it to Coinbase immediately. I received case number [redacted]2 and was instructed to change my password. However, I haven't heard anything further from Coinbase regarding the status of my case. I am concerned because they are attempting to withdraw funds from my investments to cover unauthorized transactions. I followed all of Coinbase's instructions but am locked out of my account until the investigation is complete. I also made a purchase on 10/4/19 that I need to transfer to a wallet. I deposited $15 into my account on Sunday using bank transfer. My bank confirmed the transaction as completed, yet my deposit is still on hold at Coinbase. There seems to be no valid reason for this delay as my bank transfer has cleared. Please release my funds promptly.

I'm having trouble logging into my Coinbase and Coinbase Pro accounts because my account got locked. I mistakenly sent over $[redacted] worth of XLM from my Coinbase account to my Coinbase Pro account, but I used the wrong memo. I believe I typed a six instead of an eight. I would appreciate it if the transaction could be credited back to my Coinbase account or to my Coinbase Pro wallet. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide.

I have around $24,[redacted] in my Coinbase account for trading Bitcoin. However, I recently received news that my mom was in a serious car accident in Florida and I need to fly there immediately to take care of things. In this urgent situation, I require access to a large portion of the funds in my Coinbase portfolio to cover the expenses. I haven't accessed my Coinbase account in over a year. Recently, my Authy app disabled the old setup according to an email I found. I have my username, password, and recovery key, but I don't have the Authy verification token. Creating a new one requires verifying my identity, which I tried with my passport and driver's license. However, the names on these IDs only have one of my middle names, causing an error on Coinbase. I'm considering changing my name to include the additional middle name possibly used, but I'm unsure. Good morning, On 10/25/[redacted], I deposited $[redacted] into Coinbase and used that money to purchase over 22,[redacted] XRP. However, my account only showed a little over 20,[redacted] XRP when I tried to withdraw tonight. Despite sending two emails about the missing XRP, my cases were closed without a response or resolution. I deposited an additional $[redacted] to buy more XRP but want to clarify this was a separate transaction from the one on 10/25/[redacted]. I'm having difficulty accessing my Coinbase account after losing my Google authentication. I followed the instructions to recover it and received an email confirming my account was ready, but I'm still unable to log in and reset the authentication. I'm having trouble accessing my Coinbase wallet, which holds a substantial amount of money. Unfortunately, I did not write down the recovery phrase required to log back in. I forgot to write down my recovery phrase for my Coinbase wallet, and now I am unable to log in as it is the only way to do so. I did not receive any warning about this before logging out. I have been trying to contact Coinbase via telephone for the past 5 days, calling every hour but have been unsuccessful. The automated message directs me to email [redacted] because no agents are available due to high call volume. Responses to my emails have been irrelevant to my issue, and now they have stopped responding altogether. This situation is concerning as I recently deposited a significant amount of bitcoin, which was intended for my rent. If I cannot recover my funds, I risk losing my house. I am exploring all avenues to reach Coinbase, even considering a trip to their headquarters. I have also lodged a complaint with the BBB.
