No one will communicate with me. Cases are merely opened and closed with no contact with me. It has almost been three months now and I am in trouble financially. I need to access funds in the vault yet cannot get access because the second email (which I never knew I had to use) is many years old and no longer exists as I have a new Comcast account. Why do you require a second email address but not check the information and ask people to update if needed? I need someone to communicate with me and help. The first specialist was supposed to get back to me in *-* days. They never did and just closed the case. The second case was opened but nothing is happening again. Please help! I don't know what else to do but approach some sort of law enforcement or regulator because nothing changes and no one seems to be listening. I am not threatening, just getting desperate about what to do because I don't feel anything else can or will be done. Please note that my email address includes zeros not "o"s.
