Hello, my name is Svetoslava, and I reside in Lagos, Portugal. I own a snack bar where I sell Coca-Cola products stored in a branded cooler. Unfortunately, the refrigerator door is broken, and I have been waiting for a replacement for 13 days. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, they have been unable to provide me with a clear timeline for the repair. As a result, my business is suffering during this busy summer season, and my customers are not receiving cold drinks. I am concerned about the increased electricity costs due to the faulty door and the impact on my sales. I am disappointed with the lack of efficiency from Coca-Cola's representatives and I am left wondering who will compensate me for these losses.

I recently purchased 10 six-packs of Coke 16.9 oz. and 10 six-packs of Sprite 16.9 oz. plastic bottles. Sadly, over half of them had defective caps. The safety seal wouldn't separate, making it impossible to tell if they had been tampered with. This led me to rely on taste, and while most were fresh and fizzy, some were not. For safety reasons, I discarded the questionable ones. I have a strong affinity for Coca-Cola and Sprite and consume them daily. I am suggesting the possibility of receiving a discount coupon as a gesture for providing valuable feedback regarding the issue I encountered with the products. Thank you. Sincerely, Edenia Wisdom

Dear company, I wanted to bring to your attention my disappointment regarding your recent stance on the voting law in Georgia. Many people, myself included, believe that having identification to vote is a reasonable requirement. I feel that companies should refrain from engaging in politics and the trend of canceling those who hold differing opinions is concerning. As a result of this, I have decided to boycott your products as I value the principle of allowing diverse viewpoints in a free society. Your claim of only getting involved in political issues for the public good seems insincere, as who decides what constitutes the public good? It appears more like you are succumbing to pressure or seeking special benefits by promoting social justice causes. Therefore, I will be spreading the word about boycotting your products. Good afternoon. I am Mrs. Kelechi Nwoko, the owner of Keccy Shop in World Bank Market, New Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria. I am facing issues with the Coca-Cola sales representative named Isaac, who can be reached at [redacted], covering my area. Despite agreeing on products for my shop, I paid #[redacted],[redacted] on 29/08/[redacted] for [redacted] packs of 35cl PET Coke, 50 units of 60cl PET, and 10 crates of 50cl RGB, but he has not delivered them citing product unavailability. Now, Mr. Ogbonna Aja is asking for additional payment due to a price increase. I request Isaac to be held accountable for his lack of communication and service. Thank you.

Good morning, I am a snack bar that has been selling Coca-Cola products for 45 years. I have never been sent any advertising material. Recently, promoters have visited me, but they only provide advertising material for products consumed in plastic and glass, while we only use cans due to our logistical position. During the eight-month tourist season, we go through about 8,[redacted] to 10,[redacted] cans. At this point, I don't think it's unreasonable to request some advertising material.
