Hi CloudFlare*re: craftpotters.org.nz*I am writing on behalf of Craft Potters in New Zealand.*We are are a small pottery club, and my wife is the Secretary of the club (*****@***.com)*Out current domain is craftpotters.org.nz, and apparently this domain has name servers that correspond to CLOUDFLARE. Inc. *(ns*.rhostbh.com ****.***.**.*** and ns*.rhostbh.com ****.***.**.*** )*We are wanting to make some changes to the domain MX and A records, since we want to change our web & email host.*Because the people in our club have changed we do not have account & password access to your web-interface to make the changes we require. Of the club's many emails, we do not know which email account is associated with the domain hosting at CloudFlare.*The original company who is listed as the technical contact for the domain (ThePacific.Net Ltd), tell us that they cannot help us and that we should contact CloudFlare.**Other Emails associated with the club in the past:******@***.com******@***.com (this gets forwarded to our gmail )******@***.com**Can you help us to re-establish control of our own domain, so that we can look after it in the long run and are able to make such changes routinelyin the future.***Regards*Martin Dack *** ** -*** **** *****@***.com**Anna Salek *** ** *** *** *****@***.com

GetHuman didn't help me. CloudFlare didn't help me. I fixed my problem by managing to cut CloudFlare out of the picture. Thanks for nothing.
