As per our conversation of ******** I am attaching the following documents:****Pictures of the items on the order.***A receipt for purchased original cartridges due to this order mess-up.*I purchased these items more than * months ago, you send me color sets *** instead*of color sets *** (see pictures). since I never had a problem with your cartridges, I did*not have the precaution to checke the cartridges to make sure that they were the*correct ones.***To add salt to injury, I had to purchase original cartridges due to your mistake.
