Hello, I bought the "Reimage Repair Program" on 07/03/18 for $45.36. I am unable to provide an Order # at this time. The program should be valid for one year, and if not cancelled, would renew automatically. The program was effective and stored on my desktop. However, when I recently checked, I found the folder empty because Malwarebytes ADW Cleaner removed it. Therefore, I am requesting to cancel my Reimage Repair Program effective immediately. Despite my efforts to uninstall and remove any traces of Nero, I have been unsuccessful. I have been unable to find a contact phone number for support. This is my second attempt at purchasing a Nero program, but this experience has been frustrating and unproductive. I am considering disputing the charge with my credit card company if I do not receive immediate assistance from tech support. The captcha on the website is also not working, preventing me from sending an email. Please contact me at [redacted] to resolve this issue promptly. I purchased the program for Windows 10, but I am currently using Windows 8.1 upgraded to Windows 10. I am not willing to spend more time on this if a solution cannot be provided swiftly. Subject: Issue with CCleaner Activation I received an email confirming my credit card (xxxxxxxxxxxxx6753) was charged for CCleaner. However, I'm unable to activate the software and am experiencing issues. It's frustrating that I cannot attach an image of the US bank statement showing the charge for your reference. Furthermore, I appreciate cleverbridge's response but I'm still unable to resolve the activation problem. A friend unknowingly signed me up for malware with auto-renewal activated. Each year, $39.99 is deducted from my credit card ending in [redacted] causing financial strain. I thought I had canceled it last year, but apparently, it was unsuccessful. This situation worsens my PTSD. I am struggling as there is no phone support available for direct communication. Please cancel my subscription, refund my credit card, and acknowledge that the product has never been activated over the two years for a full refund. Can someone empathize and assist me properly? I attempted to email to cancel my recent malware renewal, but it seems my messages go unread. After renewing directly with the provider, I mistakenly subscribed through your site too, which left me confused (due to my age of 78). Realizing my error within 10 minutes, I promptly emailed multiple times in an attempt to cancel the subscription and request a credit card refund. However, I faced difficulty clarifying further details in my emails as my computer restricted my typing. I kindly request a response to address this matter.

I'm having trouble paying my invoice since I can't use a credit card for payment. The help site mentions a link in the confirmation email to update the payment method, but I can't find it in my email. I filled out their online form for assistance more than 24 hours ago, but I haven't heard back yet. When I called, the automated message said that customer service isn't currently available due to unforeseen circumstances, without providing an estimated timeframe for when it'll be resolved.

I updated my American Express account and had to cancel the old card due to unauthorized use. I now possess a new account number. I believed I had informed you about the closure of the old account and the commencement of the new one. I wish to resume my subscription for Cleverbridge Malwarebytes Premium and need to contact customer service. I renewed my Malwarebytes subscription for one year in April, intending it to be valid until [redacted]. However, I recently discovered that my Malwarebytes protection was terminated despite the payment through [redacted]. I did not cancel my Malwarebytes Premium subscription, and I need to inform the company of my new account details. Please provide a telephone number via email to update my account. The change in my account should not impact my subscription for 2[redacted], considering it was prepaid for the entire year.

Hello everyone. I no longer wish to have the MacClean app. Despite numerous attempts, I was unable to cancel my subscription due to automated responses. This lack of customer communication is frustrating and feels manipulative. Customers should have the freedom to choose the services they want. Please cancel my subscription and arrange for a refund. I have been receiving notifications about my subscription stating that it has not been paid for and will be canceled. However, I made a payment with my credit card on 21st January for £62.29, confirming that it should be active. I did not cancel it intentionally and would like it reinstated promptly as I have settled the payment. Please ensure your records are updated. Although I initially encountered challenges adding the license number, I was able to resolve it. I purchased a 2-year license for CCleaner Professional Plus, but I was charged twice due to a duplicate order. I have been unable to reach Cleverbridge or Piriform, Inc for assistance in canceling the duplicated order. The new license key issued is for $54.99, not the renewal amount. I think I accidentally purchased 2 copies of HitmanPro Alert. Today, on 5/31/21, I bought one, but I noticed in my control panel that there may have been a purchase in 4/21 as well. Can you check if I indeed bought 2 copies? If not, I need the product code for the copy purchased today as it's not on the invoice. The reference number I provided today might be for the expired product. Despite attempting to download the new product today, when I open Hitman Pro, it still indicates that my license has expired. If I bought one in 4/21, my license should be valid. I find it frustrating to only receive written instructions as I'm not very proficient with computer technicalities. Technology can be challenging for some of us older individuals. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide to resolve this issue.

I have been communicating with a representative named Je from the Philippines regarding my CCleaner contract. I was frustrated because he had trouble understanding simple issues with the 1-year and 2-year contract terms. Je quoted me a one-year rate but charged differently. I have kept many emails exchanged between us and can provide them as evidence for negotiating a 2-year agreement. I am confused about the Piriform phone number being out of service now; I spoke to a representative there about 2 weeks ago. If this matter cannot be resolved, I would like a $29.95 credit to my account, and I will seek another service. Please advise. In [redacted], I signed up for a product, Parallels Software, using an email address that I no longer use. Recently, I updated my email on the Parallels site and cancelled my subscriptions earlier this year. Despite this, I was unexpectedly charged for an auto-renewal of a supporting software subscription in September by Cleverbridge. It seems they still have my old email address on file because I never received any notification about this charge. Unfortunately, I am unable to access my Cleverbridge account or reach their support because they keep sending verification links to my old email address.
