I’ve been billed twice for the same products! On ********, I purchased a one-year subscription for: quantity (*) WinZip System Utilities Suite @$**.**, Invoice *BKD-************ and quantity (*) WinZip Driver Updater @$**.**, Invoice *BKD-***********. Total billed to my credit card ending in **** should be $**.**. *However, I was billed again on the same date for the same two products: $**.** (Invoice *BKD-***********) and $**.** (Invoice *BKD-***********).*I’m asking for a credit of $**.** to be issued to the credit card ending in ****. The credit card ending in ****, which is on three of the four invoices, is incorrect and has been replaced by ****. *I’m expecting a prompt response by you and a resolution to this matter.*I’m sending this email on behalf of my husband, Julius L. Lotterhos, in whose name the subscription belongs. *This year, we have one computer and only need one each of your products, as opposed to last year at this time when we had two computers and ordered a total of four products. Please note the difference!
