Ref ************-**-**** **:**AM*I purchased nero last night on line and spent * hours trying to get it to install. It will not. I have spent * hours today trying to track and uninstall any reference to nero with some success. I have spent over an hour trying to find a phone number about this. Phone numbers are mentioned but purposelessly omitted. This is my second attempt to purchase a nero program and it was useless and I let it go.*I need help now or I must call the credit card company and request that this charge be removed. If someone in tech support can walk me through something that works then it must be done now and I am uable to even send an email due to the catcha not working.**You may call me ***-***-**** to see if anything can be done.*I bought one before. i bought this one which plainly states that it works in Windows **. I am using a Windows *.* upgraded to Windows **.*Please handle this at once. I don't think I will try any more as it takes hours of time and just messes up my computer to where I have to delete everything connected with nero*You need to call or give me a working number to reach you. This can't be resolved by email unless you just want to remove the charge on my credit card and we will call it off. Otherwise I will have to notify the credit card tomorrow. Nero used to have a good reputation but obviously this is not the old reliable Nero company
