I recently withdrew from Classmates due to unauthorized account charges. I usually receive renewal emails and never had automatic withdrawals. The recent $15 charge was incorrect; I always paid $7.50 every three months manually. Thankfully, my refund was processed. As a long-time member, communication about changes is crucial. Many members, especially elderly individuals, would appreciate being informed beforehand. I hope to rejoin to stay connected with my classmates. If reactivation is possible, please advise. I have a question before I open an account. I attended Mount Miguel High School on Blossom Lane in Spring Valley, CA [redacted] in the summer of [redacted] as a junior in 11th grade. I also attended 12th grade at Grossmont Adult School at night. I had a girlfriend named Sandy with a sister named Pam. I cannot recall Sandy's last name, and she may be a year or two younger. She is not in the yearbooks from [redacted], [redacted], or [redacted]. I believe she may not have liked to be photographed. Can you help me research and find Sandy's last name? We dated after we graduated. Her parents lived in Santee, CA, and I lived in Spring Valley, El Cajon, Temecula, Menifee, and now Lake Elsinore, CA. I have been a member with you for several years. Recently, I've noticed a person named Joseph T. from Reston, VA, who has created a fake account to harass and pry for information. He frequently appears on my page and has no connection to Wheatley HS or Long Island. Joseph was recently banned from Twitter for harassing a former employer and has a history of legal issues in MA, MD, and VA. He seems to have a pattern of cowardly harassment. Can you please take action to terminate his account?

I recently purchased my previously free account on August 7, [redacted]. I had been a member for years but only renewed my paid subscription on August 7. Before, I could access Classmates.com and it would take me directly to my high school account without needing to log in. However, since upgrading to my new account, I'm now asked to log in, and Classmates.com doesn't recognize my login details. I've tried resetting my password multiple times, but never receive the emails. When I first signed up on Classmates.com, I used the email [redacted], which was later changed to [redacted] Neither login works for me now. I've reached out for help twice but haven't received any responses. When I call the Classmates.com phone number at [redacted], I just get a recorded message. I'm struggling to get help from Customer Service. It's frustrating to pay for a service and face difficulties without any support.

I received the [redacted] Lake Hamilton Yearbook on 10-02-[redacted]. Initially, I was thrilled to have a replacement for my lost yearbook. However, upon unwrapping it, I was dismayed by the poor quality. The cover lacked the original textured cream white and maroon colors, and the pages were yellowed. As the editor of the [redacted] yearbook, it was disheartening to see our hard work reduced to a subpar copy on glossy paper. I am seeking to return the book and receive a refund. I have requested a password reset multiple times but have not received any emails. Despite receiving two reset emails, clicking on them did not lead me to a new password setup page. The website does not provide an option to reset the password. I am frustrated with the lack of service. Please provide clear steps to reset my password or I will escalate this matter. I deal with computer issues daily and believe this can be resolved.

I recently noticed a $15 charge on my account from classmates.com that I did not authorize. I do not want to be enrolled in any subscription or membership. I suspect this could be related to a high school reunion last summer. Please cancel any automatic renewals and issue a refund for the $15 charge made. I have encountered more than 10 individuals on my Classmates profile who created clip art depicting me as a psychotic misfit and shared it with other alumni. I aim to identify these individuals, question their motives, and clarify that their actions are unjust. I intend to take legal action for defamation and endeavor to restore my reputation among my high school peers. It is crucial to highlight that there are supportive alumni aware of my true character and appalled by the cyberbullying. These perpetrators may have faced similar consequences on their Classmates profiles.

I found multiple unauthorized accounts created on Classmates.com where someone is impersonating me and posting inappropriate and offensive content towards other alumni. Since I have never met these individuals from my high school days and can't engage in any harassing behavior towards them, it's crucial to cancel these accounts to prevent further issues. I will be informing Classmates.com about these fake accounts and the misconduct done using my identity. It's necessary to warn all alumni about this impersonation and potential cyber threats that may affect others who are unaware of this situation. I will take action to ensure the safety and reputation of myself and other alumni are protected from any false activities carried out by the impersonator.

I signed up for a 3-month trial but canceled the recurring payment shortly after joining. Even though the 3 months should end on May 6th, a payment was taken via PayPal on April 6th without authorization. I request a refund of $25 promptly and wish to end all association with classmates. I'm having trouble accessing classmates.com as it keeps saying my password is incorrect. I called twice to reset the password, but didn't receive the reset email. Customer service wouldn't stay on the line to confirm if I received the message. I've wasted hours trying to log in so I'm considering canceling my subscription. I received a link to reset my password but it only takes me back to the sign-in page where I'm stuck with the incorrect password. Frustrating situation.

I did not receive an email from Classmates.com regarding an upcoming auto-renewal, leading to an unexpected $72 charge on my credit card. After reaching out through their website, I received only a generic reply rather than a personalized response. It feels unfair to me, and I am seeking a refund for the $72 charge. I am hopeful that a real person from Classmates.com will address this issue promptly with a resolution.

I gave Classmates a try during a trial period. I was very curious to see who had visited my profile. I didn't realize my trial was over, but I saw a $15.00 charge on my bank statement. I want to cancel my membership now. Can I please get a refund of $15.00 to my original payment method since I tried the site? Ironically, the classmates who visited were underclassmen, not from my graduating class. No one else visited, which is disappointing. I signed up for an account with First Classmates about four years ago, but when I revisited the website today, I had to create a new account. I couldn't access my old account as I couldn't remember the login details correctly and the reset email did not come through. The system flagged me as a robot when I tried to log in, and it kept asking me to identify pictures. I found this frustrating and unnecessary. I attempted to contact customer service but couldn't find a phone number, which I find unacceptable. I am concerned about the security of my personal information. Hello Joyce, I am experiencing issues accessing Classmates.com, specifically the Locke HS class of [redacted] page for our upcoming reunion. Despite a classmate sharing a photo, I keep receiving an error message stating, "This page cannot be displayed." This has been a recurring problem, as observed from others' complaints. I am disappointed with the service and concerned about the lack of resolution. Kindly refrain from billing me for services I am unable to enjoy. I expect to reconnect with my classmates as our 45-year reunion approaches. I called earlier in the week and was promised an updated version of the website and assistance with resetting my password, but I have not received any follow-up. Will the website be fixed soon?
