I canceled my subscription with. Two days and requested reimbursement, I did not receive. My bank deactivated my card and gave me a new one and somehow Classmate.com was able to retrieve my new card number and has been charging monthly subscription. According to bank statement I am entitled to refund from Classmates.com of $**. Classmates was not given authorization and question how the received card number and expiration date. If not refunded within the (*) business days I will notfy my bank of unauthorize use of card. I will also follow up with your office on Tuesday **********.*Regards,*Erica Leahy******@***.com.
