Hi there, I have been reaching out to classpass on issues with charges however I have not been getting any response for months. **The first issue is with my multiple $** cancellation for bo*m studio whom I thought the cancellation policy extends to all bo*m users. I only found out from the bo*m staff today that it is only for bo*m studio members and classpass members are not included. Apparently this has been a common issue raised to the bo*m staff as well. *I would like to request for a waiver of these charges as I had not known it is only for bo*m members. I would classify myself as a bo*m member as well.**Secondly, I have been doubled charged for my subscription fee in my May credit card transactions. One of the charge is **USD which is my membership fee and the other is ***USD I'm not sure where from.**Kindly get in touch with me.
