I was leaving g a review for a class, but as I’d taken * classes before reviewing I accodentally left a review for the wrong studio. ... I left a review for the wrong studio and would like it corrected. **Also, the fact that i can’t reach out to someone via the app but rather have to go through this avenue to get help is ridiculous. The app tries to funnel your problems into generalities that do not match my need.
It is frustrating that I cannot find a way to reach out to someone directly about my problem when their general Q*As don’t match my needs.
I want someone from ClassPass to contact me and help me fix this.
I’m more to classPass and at $****month I’d expect to be able to troubleshoot problems like this with an actual person.
What else can i try? There’s no way for me to reach out to anyone. No customer service email. No customer service phone number. No customer service at all!
