Hello, Today was my first day signing up and experiencing ClassPass. I booked a Workout class for Kinetic Fitness worth * credits for *:**pm est in Raleigh, NC. I got there and they said the class was canceled but it didn’t relay that through ClassPass so the app allowed me to still sign up for the class. :( so I couldn’t use my credits or get my work out in. Also, since ClassPass showed I was attending a class at *:** it wouldn’t let me find another *:** class unless I canceled the one I had and I didn’t want to get charged. I wanted today to be the first of my ** day trial. I Would love additional credits refunded to my account please ** if possible, for the inconvenience I had to experience today. I would like to be a loyal customer and so far the first day is not going too hot. Excited to get started!!
