Good morning. I just received an email saying that I would be charged for missing a class. However, I am wondering if there is an exception to the rule. I live in Austin Texas and there is a lot of traffic here. I gave myself plenty of time to get to the class. I was going to get there ** minutes early. However, traffic got so heavy that my ETA was going to be *:** PM. That was ** minutes after the class started. It also was going to take me an hour and a half to get there. I tried to call the barcode to let them know that I would be missing the class that day. No one answered the phone after I called them three different times. I realize that this is your policy and I have never missed a class before. I am currently on the free trial and am considering purchasing class pass next month. Unfortunately if this is the policy and there are no exceptions even when the user (me) tried everything possible to get there, I am not sure I can agree with that. Is there a way you could make an exception for this one incident? In the future, I will be sure to pick a place that does not interfere with traffic. I never want to experience something like that again. Thank you.
