A friend and myself are trying out class pass for the week. One day last week we went to a class but arrived a little over **min late. At that point we were not allowed entry. But instead the receptionist entered us into another class which started later that day. To summarize, we were late but we did not cancel. The ClassPass site did not give us any indication that a lateness would deny us entry and incur the same fee as a cancellation. My friend ( her account is under Luchelle Ward) received an email saying $** would be deducted from the card account. I am using my debit card for both of our trials and would like for the debit to either be cancelled or refunded. *Thank you.
GetHuman-cierraja did not yet indicate what ClassPass should do to make this right.
