I was sent to the wrong location via my email reminder from ClassPass. In my office building the app doesn’t work so I pulled up my email to look at the address. It said “San Felipe” so I went to that Define location. However upon arrival, I found out I should have been at the Define location on Bissonet. The two locations are about ** minutes apart with traffic & I got no answer when I called the studio. I’m disappointed I hustled from lunch to be mislead by an email reminder sent from class pass**define. **Ultimately, I’m hoping I can get my points refunded for the class. The correct information was on the app but I never doubted the email would have an address for a different location. I attached the email for y’all to reference.
