Claro charged me for months of service that they did not provide after Hurricane Maria destroyed the infrastructure in Vieques, Puerto Rico. I have written to BBB, and since, they have offered to cut the bill in half. I can see no reason to pay Claro money for something they did not deliver except to stop them from sending endless requests for money to my email account. **We were excellent customers for years and enjoyed their service, but this is just corporate abuse at a high level. I would like to open a dialogue with them, but can find no way to communicate, another sign of really negligent customer service. In this world of many ways to communicate they have chosen to have communication channels one way.**They should be rewarded for their lack of customer appreciation but losing their customers, and I am one.
GetHuman-mvgordon did not yet indicate what Claro should do to make this right.
