While in San Andrés, Colombia, my Galaxy S9 was stolen. I replaced it at a Claro office with a new Galaxy S9, being told multiple times that it would work in the U.S. with my American SIM card. Sadly, this wasn't the case due to a VPN issue preventing roaming where my service should work. Currently in Tulum, Mexico, my Cricket plan includes roaming, but my phone has no service here. After consulting local technicians about the VPN setup, they confirmed my phone won't roam anywhere. I need to contact Claro to return the phone as it doesn't meet my requirements. I've struggled to find a contact number that connects me to a person. Can anyone assist me?

Good afternoon, I went to your branch in Albrook, Panama City, to resolve a phone bill issue I had with you under the number [redacted]0. The problem was that it was not possible to receive any calls on this number. The caller received a message saying, "The Movistar number is not in service. Please verify your number...". A very strange message because my account was with Claro. I went to Albrook and explained the problem to the person there who did everything to help me but there was no solution. Nobody at Albrook knew how to solve the issue. All of this happened at the end of April [redacted] after April 24th... the exact day I am not sure. The person told me he would check if their technical team could help me fix the line so it could work again. He took my cell number and said he would call me once the line was fixed. Two days later (I think it was a weekend when I visited) he called me to say it was not possible to fix the line and it was better to cancel the contract and get a new number. I had already written a letter on my first visit renouncing the line, and he assured me that it was sufficient and not necessary to return to Albrook, apologizing for the inconvenience. Nobody knew why the Movistar message appeared when trying to call [redacted]0. Since then, people from Claro have been calling me twice a month asking me to pay again for the line that was canceled at the end of April. Please help me resolve this issue because I really did everything possible to continue using the number I have had for many years but due to reasons beyond my control and Claro's control, the line was damaged and I could not continue using the number. Hello, I'm experiencing difficulties recharging my phone. My phone number is [redacted]9. On April 4th, Henry from Isla Contractors added a $10 data package, but it didn't reflect on my phone. On April 5th, I used a recharge website tied to your SMS messages for 4 transactions on my credit card - 3 at $10 each and 1 at $15, but none of them showed up on my phone. Last night, I attempted a $20 transaction, which also didn't go through. I've now given Claro a total of $75. I really need my phone recharged with data. Buen día, soy R. Carlos. Tengo un problema al solicitar una nueva conexión de línea telefónica e internet en mi domicilio en Pje Juan Cruz Valera [redacted], esq. Suipacha [redacted], alt av. República del Líbano [redacted], San Miguel de Tucumán. Envié la solicitud, pero me informaron que no pueden instalar el cableado en mi domicilio. Me sorprende ya que anteriormente autorizaron la instalación de fibra óptica en un poste cercano. ¿Qué debo hacer para que puedan conectar mi servicio? Me he cansado de llamar a Claro sin obtener respuesta. Agradecería si se comunican conmigo al [redacted] para resolver esta situación. Gracias.

Buenas tardes, escribo para informar que mis inquilinos dejaron equipos de Claro (televisión e internet) dentro del apartamento cuando se fueron hace 15 días. He estado intentando que la empresa venga a recoger los equipos, pero me indicaron que debo seguir un proceso que implica una carta y organizarse para el transporte, lo cual me resulta confuso ya que no soy la dueña de los equipos, solo quiero que Claro sepa que han sido dejados allí y que estoy avisando para que los recojan. Mi número de contacto es el [redacted] en Bogotá. La dirección donde se encuentran los equipos es carrera 84 a [redacted] 05, segundo piso. Allí también pueden encontrar el teléfono de la persona que contrató el servicio. Agradezco si se contactan con esa persona y si es necesario, que sea ella quien facilite la entrega de los equipos a Claro. Gracias.

Claro has been billing me for months when they were unable to provide service due to the impact of Hurricane Maria in Vieques, Puerto Rico. I took my complaint to the BBB, which led to Claro offering to reduce the bill by half. I feel it's unfair to pay for a service I didn't receive and only want to avoid constant requests for payment through email. Although we were loyal customers, I feel this situation is an example of corporate mistreatment. I've been trying to communicate with Claro to resolve this, but their lack of responsiveness is frustrating. It's disappointing how one-sided their communication channels are. I believe companies like Claro should appreciate their customers to avoid losing them. As a longtime customer, I hope to discuss this matter with them soon.

Dear support team, During a recent visit to my doctor, I brought the product I had purchased to ensure its safety for me. Unfortunately, my doctor expressed disappointment that I had ordered the item without more information. Due to my history of experiencing side effects from over-the-counter supplements, he advised against taking the product until I have more details. He was surprised that the company does not offer a refund despite claiming a [redacted]% guarantee and an unlimited time frame for returns if the product is not effective. He recommended that I seek a refund for the order amount. While exploring various packages, I unintentionally made a purchase by clicking the wrong button. Suddenly, I found a charge of $[redacted].00 on my account without receiving any order confirmation or communication. I contacted the company with the charge and requested a cancellation. To my surprise, a package from Claro Nutrition in Akron, Ohio arrived on February 4th, which I have not opened. Planning to return the package on Monday, July 7th, to Claro in Akron, Ohio. On February 6, [redacted], I accidentally made a purchase on a Facebook advertisement for a flat belly tonic product. Without any confirmation, I was charged $[redacted].61 on my Visa account. I contacted the company, Clkbank Okinwatonic, to request a refund. Surprisingly, a package was delivered by USPS from Claro Nutrition in Akron, Ohio on February 4th, which I have not opened. I plan to return the package to Claro in Akron on Monday, February 7th, and upon their receipt of the returned package, I hope to have my account credited. Please acknowledge receipt of this message. I would like to return the product OKINAWA FLAT BELLY TONIC for a refund. I have 5 jars remaining as the product did not provide any benefits after one jar. My Doctor advised me to discontinue due to possible interactions with my other medications. I experienced computer issues but can now communicate. Please provide me with a return address. On March 28, [redacted], I sent back a large box with three separate parcels of Flat Belly products. I received an email confirming the shipment was received at your office on March 30, [redacted]. It has been over three weeks since then, and I am patiently waiting for a refund of the money I spent on the products. On March 28, [redacted], I visited a UPS office in Victoria, BC to return three packages of pills and powder purchased from Claro Nutrition. I opted to send them back in one box addressed to Claro Nutrition. Each box contains a copy of the return sheet. I am expecting a refund check for each of the three packages. Claro Nutrition confirmed receipt of the package on March 30, [redacted]. I am eagerly awaiting the refund check to be sent to my address: Anita Walper, [redacted] Manchester Road, Unit 10, Victoria, BC Canada V8T 5H6. I returned my Lean Belly Juice last week for a refund, but there is an issue with my email not matching the name on the return. My name is Lila Wright, but my email shows my nickname, Frankie Wright. The address for the return is [redacted] Sunnydale Drive, Roanoke Rapids, N.C. [redacted], and my phone number is [redacted]. I only intended to order one jar but received four. Unfortunately, whenever I tried to use the product, it made me nauseous. I wasn't aware of the website earlier and spoke to a gentleman who provided the return address. He requested a tracking number for the refund, but I've been unable to reach anyone to obtain it. The unexpected charge has been challenging for me as I am a senior on Social Security. On Wednesday, February 1st, I misplaced my Samsung phone. The next day, I purchased a new Samsung A13 phone at the Claro store in La Libertad, Ecuador. However, upon trying to use the phone at home, I discovered that I couldn't make it work. After struggling for three days, I realized the SIM card was missing when I checked the tray. I returned to the Claro store on Saturday, and an employee confirmed the absence of the SIM card. Unfortunately, they insisted I pay for a new one despite my frustration. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, I was ignored. Without the SIM card, my phone became unusable and caused issues with applications on both my phone and desktop computer, affecting my stock trading activities for the past three days.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S7, model number SM-G930V, and I'm looking to send it to someone in Costa Rica. The online information I found suggests that even though it's currently CDMA, it should work on all 22 GSM bands. I purchased two trial bottles, but they sent me six in total. The bottles stated a [redacted]-day guarantee with a full refund if unsatisfied. I only tried two bottles and still have four left. They charged me $[redacted].00, claiming I need to use the product for [redacted] days before refunding. The product didn't work for me, and now I can't get a response. I never agreed to the $[redacted].00 charge and only want that refunded. I am seeking clarification and prompt assistance. Thank you.

After my mother's passing, she tried to return the Flat Belly Melts she ordered, only to be rejected. I've tried contacting customer service several times without luck. Eventually, I spoke to someone who said I could return the products or keep them for a fee of $92. Despite her $[redacted] purchase, I requested a full refund, leading to instructions to return the items and provide a tracking number. Unfortunately, the provided number is unreachable. I had to spend $20 to return the unopened products. Now, I await the outcome, hoping for a full refund to her credit card without additional charges. Sadly, I am uncertain if any progress will be made regarding the refund.
