Approximately two weeks ago I ordered a gown for my granddaughters wedding on October **, ****. They did have the gown in my size I placed my order it was paid for on my Visa card payment had been taken out of my account. A couple of days later I received an email from your company saying they did not have my dress in my size. I called your company and after a couple days manage to get someone to call me back and tell me because of the time distance it was hard to get hold of them I explained my situation with the down she then told me it was again out of my size again was being offered at **% off along with many others they Rep told me if I were to find another that I want you to order to get in touch with them and they would still honor the **% off this dress was in Clarence or outlet. I have found two other games that I do like I have been trying for the past week or more to get hold of your company to be able to purchase these gowns with the discount that I was promised the first time since my gown i’ve purchased was never sent to me but I have not been able to get hold of you are customer service for over a week now to be able to purchase these gowns with the discount promised. I have towels many other people about your company and my sister even purchased a gown from you the same night I purchased my first down so I gave your company another customer but I am very upset with the customer service I have been getting and I would like to hear someone from your company since I have left three messages in over a week and have not gotten a response from anyone. My name is Lucille King my phone number is ***-***-****. I hope to hear back from someone very shortly before the gowns I have decided to buy or no longer available again.
