I spoke with a credit dept agent because the website payment page for my citizens credit card said there was an error with the payment I submitted which I do every month. I resubmitted it a few days later just in case. They ended up taking out two payments for the month. The agent refunded one pymnt for me and said to contact citizens to get the two overdraft fees on my acct. refunded because of the error. Please advise. Thank you.
