Due to an error in the wrong account being marked for closure and transfer by an agent, I was charged several fees for overdrawing. I do have documentation to show that the agent mistakenly moved money to the wrong account which caused the overdraft.**Your friendly team was helpful and agreed to help credit back the fees, but only * of the * fees were credited. There is just a remaining $**.** fee to credit back to make this right.**Dates of fees were:******: $**.*******: $**.*******: $**.****It looks like the **** $**.** was not yet credited back. If that one could also be reversed, we would be all square. Again I appreciate it, I think the agent I wrote and then spoke with just confused the request and caused this domino effect.**I would appreciate the $**.** credit back also to checking -**** like the other $**.** in fees and then we are all square.**Have a good day!
