I have filed several claims and discovered unauthorized transactions on my account amounting to $8,[redacted]. The process has been delayed, with the bank citing the Equifax breach as the cause. Despite waiting as advised, I found out in [redacted] that my claim was closed without notice. Now, the bank is reluctant to confirm when my funds will be returned, leaving me at the mercy of their decision. I suspect they may be deleting records of my numerous calls. This situation is unacceptable, and I am ready to take legal action to reclaim my money. It is a matter of returning what rightfully belongs to me, a single mother trying to support a child.

Greetings Citizens Bank, I am Srikanth Gokavarapu, and I recently applied for a new Citizens Bank checking account with application number [redacted]. I am an international student set to graduate this August. Due to having an expired license, I couldn't upload my documents during the sign-up process, causing my application to remain pending. I am ready to provide a bank statement, credit card statement, and an official USPS change of address form, but I do not possess a current driver's license. Despite following the instructions to add notes explaining my situation while uploading the necessary documents, the system encountered errors processing them. Since July 12th, we have been experiencing difficulties with accessing our accounts online. After following the instructions in the "Trouble Logging In?" section, the problem was initially fixed. However, the issue persisted weekly until August 4th when we were completely locked out. Upon contacting the "Contact Us" number, we were directed to another office where attempts were made to troubleshoot the problem. We were informed that other customers had faced similar issues, and we were promised a resolution by August 7th. It was agreed they would reach out via email if they couldn't reach us by phone. By 4:00 pm on the 7th, we hadn't received any communication, so we called the support number. Unfortunately, they were unable to assist us without a "five digit ticket number." If this problem has been solved for other customers, we kindly request either written instructions via email or a direct phone number to a specialist who can help resolve this issue promptly. Thank you for your attention and assistance in advance.

I require a signed and notarized closing document for my truck that was fully paid off in March [redacted]. I have not received this document yet, and I am frustrated with the runaround I am getting from Citizens Bank. They keep telling me to buy a copy from a third party, which I am not willing to do. I have been on the phone for a long time trying to get this sorted out. Neither the Department of Transportation (DOT) nor the State of Wisconsin has received any notice of the payoff. I need Citizens Bank to send the State of WI the release of lien as the truck loan was paid off in March [redacted].

I and my wife have been searching for unclaimed funds. My wife had an accident and didn't remember a lot at first, but memories are coming back to her. We believe there are over $1,[redacted],[redacted] in unclaimed funds at Citizen Bank. I am looking to find out how to research this trust fund and locate the unclaimed funds. We have been given unclear answers and have been led in circles by different people. We have spent thousands of dollars trying to find information. On April 25, [redacted], my wife passed away. We have an automobile loan under Acct# [redacted][redacted]. I reside in Adair County, Iowa. When I went to the courthouse for new license stickers, they informed me that her name must be removed from the title first. Following Citizens One Bank's advice, I contacted the Title Service in Johnson, RI. After sending a request letter and Death Certificate via registered mail, which was received on 6/17/19, no updates have been provided by Citizens One or the Title Service Company. My pickup truck's title was successfully reissued without any issues. However, her name needs to be removed from both the title and the loan, as stated by them. I am considering options such as resolving the issue with Citizens One, refinancing with another bank, or potentially defaulting on the loan. I have a good payment history and really value the car. Handling administrative tasks post a loss is incredibly challenging alongside the grief process.

I submitted the necessary paperwork to have PMI removed from my Citizens One Home Loans mortgage in March. Despite multiple frustrating phone calls where nobody seemed to know what to do, claims of not receiving my documents, promises of sending new paperwork that I never received, being transferred and disconnected, and failed attempts to email due to technical issues erasing my message, I am now turning to this platform out of sheer frustration. Citizens One Home Loans is illogically charging me an overdraft on my escrow when in reality, they should owe me money if the PMI had been removed promptly as requested. I've been paying $88.00 monthly for PMI that should have been eliminated months ago. All I am asking for is the removal of PMI, which we qualify for after five years of on-time payments, home renovations, and landscaping improvements. I am considering refinancing with another institution due to the exasperating customer service experience. Thank you.

After sending her money, I noticed inconsistencies in the USA passport image she provided, which appears to be doctored. Furthermore, she has now forwarded a bill from a bank which I believe to be suspect. I have reached out to the Nigerian police without success and would appreciate any guidance on verifying the authenticity of these documents. I believe exposing this potential fraud is crucial. I am looking for assistance with my home equity loan. I have been struggling to make payments and fell behind, leading to my account being reported to the credit bureau. I am in the process of selling my home to settle the balance, but the sale won't be finalized until mid-January. I have provided the sale agreement as proof to the bank, but I am unable to pay the accrued interest charges of over $[redacted]. Despite being cash poor due to medical bills, I am willing to use my social security income to make payments. I have been disappointed with the bank's service as they have mishandled my payments and lack knowledge in resolving issues. I will not recommend this bank to anyone in the future.

I have incurred several overdraft fees in a single day. I only overdrew by 4 dollars and cannot handle more charges. My balance went from negative 67 dollars to -[redacted], and it keeps decreasing. I will not receive my payment until next week, and even though I work for Uber and Lyft, these fees are significant. I fail to comprehend why I am being charged so much for a small overdraft. I am dissatisfied and unsure how to resolve this situation.

I recently noticed an unfamiliar charge of 34.97 occurring on the 18th of the past four months, possibly longer, without any accompanying details. Moreover, charges from Amazon Prime have appeared despite never making any purchases from Amazon. I am greatly troubled by this situation. I attempted to contact customer service but was put on hold for over an hour without success. I have discovered two unexpected charges on my account that are concerning. One is a recurring charge of $34.97 that has been appearing on the 19th of the last four months, possibly longer, but I am unaware of its origin as I do not have any automatic payments set up. The other unfamiliar charge is from Amazon Prime for $13 and some change, but I have never made a purchase from Amazon. I am eager to resolve this issue promptly and discuss it with a representative.

When my wife and I created the account, we were both issued cards. However, due to a Social Security matter, I had to be removed temporarily until we added her disability check to the account. Once resolved, I was added back and given a new card. Unfortunately, I used my card at the ATM while on the phone and left it there unintentionally. I have since canceled it. I am now wondering if I can obtain a replacement card and if there will be any charges since this is technically my second card.

I encountered an issue with an agent marking the wrong account for closure and transfer, resulting in multiple overdraft fees. Even though the team agreed to credit back the fees, only two out of three fees were refunded. A remaining fee of $37.00 from 3/24 has not been credited back yet. If this fee could also be reversed, it would resolve the situation. The previous credits were for $30.00 on 3/27 and $37.00 on 3/26. I appreciate the assistance in rectifying this mistake caused by the agent. Please credit back the $37.00 to account -[redacted] to settle the remaining balance. I applied for a home equity line of credit in March [redacted], and despite multiple attempts to follow up, I have not received any clear information on the status of my application. Ms. De Santis repeatedly contacts me with the same questions, promising the process is moving forward, but I never see any progress. Despite numerous calls, I get no concrete updates and my loan officer, Bruce Smith, fails to return my calls. It's been frustrating to deal with the lack of communication and unfulfilled promises.

On Tuesday, July 7, [redacted], I contacted CB's credit card customer service regarding an unjust $28.00 late payment fee. The associate who assisted me did not provide a clear name, and when I asked for their name at the end of the call, I was met with silence followed by a disconnection. This lack of basic courtesy left me dissatisfied, especially as a long-time CB customer. I believe this behavior does not reflect well on CB, and I urge the company to investigate and provide additional customer service training for this associate. I would like to officially lodge this complaint. Thank you.

I recently received an email from Best Buy regarding a $[redacted] gift card purchase that I did not make. The email requested confirmation for order # 3125LIMR005 within a few hours. I was unaware of this until just now as I was with family. The message stated that the debited amount would reflect in my account shortly. I did not contact the provided number. Strangely, my Citizens bank account was closed due to fraud, and a new account was opened today with a balance decrease from $[redacted]+ to $[redacted]. Is the new account also compromised?
