Didn't get all of replacement cards

Help with my Citibank issue

replace * cards ... I was just issued a new credit card ending in ...**** on October **, ****. My two children have access the account and have had their own cards. When I received my new card on ********, it included a new card for my daughter Sarah. However it didn't include a new card for my son David Abram. Please send the new card to David at *** Commonwealth Ave Apt.* Alexandria, VA. *****. I would appreciate a response to know this has been taken care of. Thank you.

tried calling and not given any options to speak to someone in the Fraud Department
