I was trying to get my very simple questions answered after being totally frustrated by the automated customer service system ... My credit card is set to expire *****. Can I get it renewed now? If not, when does renewal occur and is it automatic? Does the new card keep the same number?
This was frustrating because there was no way to ask the automated system my questions or to get to a real person by that route.
They could make this right by answering my questions and issuing me a new card (preferably with the same number) and a new expiration date and with my thank you points intact
I have been Citibank customer for a very long time and this is the first time I've ever found customer service non-responsive
