You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-madjayha's own words
February **, **** I received provisional credits for * Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines (RCCL). They were for the following amounts: **$***.**,*$***.**,*$***.**, *$*,***.**, and -*,***.** for cruises I paid for. These cruises were cancelled and I did not receive a promised refund.**Citibank settled * of these. Per notices from Citibank two ***.** payments were permanently credited to my account because RCCL did not pay them. And one for $***.** was cancelled in RCCL's favor because RCCL had refunded the amount to me after I had protested the amount. The other two amounts, *,***.** and *,***.** are still outstanding.**My problem is: I still see the three $***.** amounts on my account as Citibank Conditional Credit for Dispute. One has been cancelled and two have been made permanent per notices from Citibank. When will these be adjusted on my account?
