Prior to receiving my card in the mail i was trying to verify with a one time security code through the citi bank app but the phone number on my account is my parents home phone and ahen i called on my cellpho e to receive my code they told me that since my cell number is not listed then i needed to wait until i received my card. So my card came today and i tried to call and activate it and it wasnt working and now im locked out of mobile banking and have waited on the phone for over half hour waiting and trying to fix this so i can pay my bills. Please help
