You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-gclerge's own words
Dear Sir, On or about November *, ****, I made a purchase with the merchant "Light in The Box" for the sum of $***.** order * ****************. I had to cancel the merchandise because found it somewhere else cheaper. The merchant agrees to cancel the Item and also contacted CitiBank dispute to let them know of my actions since the merchant never disputes the cancel charge, I thought it was over but Citibank waited for four months to tell me the charge never canceled. Merchant denied not refunding my money, now Citibank is telling me I still owed that money. I believe your agent is in possession of that money and wants me to pay for a product I never received. Insane!!! I sent proof of cancelation to the dispute department and please stop harassing me. Bad for my image.
